Returns process is very Painful - Buy only if you are 110% Sure

Well, In today's Day & age where we do almost 90% of Shopping online, we expect easier returns process for sure. Amazon has changed our habits of almost buying anything as soon as you like it because you can return it easily. That's not the case with this company.
We need to send at least 4 emails before they will even approve a customer to return an item. They need detailed reasoning, Photos of Packaging, Photos of Item, Photos of all the content in the Box, etc. They also try to push you to accept a Store Credit instead of just returning.
If you are able to spend that much time & effort with them via emails, you still need to Pay for 6% restocking fee, Return Label fee and then wait for 2-4 weeks to get your money back. Until then, you are on the hook and just praying.
I won't waste my time in future to shop on this website after having gone through my last return process experience.

These photos are a standard part of our return process, as stated in our return policy, to ensure that the item is unused and returned in its original condition. This helps us maintain quality standards for all customers.

We also understand your concerns regarding the return process. As a small business, every order involves careful handling, packaging, quality control, and preparation to ensure the watch arrives in perfect condition. Because of this, returns create significant operational and handling costs for us.

The 6% processing fee you mentioned is not intended as a profit, it is approximately $8 and only partially offsets a small portion of the costs involved in processing returned items. In most cases, we still absorb additional expenses beyond this fee.

Our goal is never to make returns difficult, and we’re sorry if the process felt lengthy or inconvenient. In some cases, we also offer alternatives such as store credit, as we try to find solutions that are beneficial for both sides while reducing unnecessary returns.

We truly value your feedback and will continue working on improving the experience for our customers.

Returns are onerous!

Make sure you are 100% sure you want your item before ordering! The company’s return policies are onerous. It is not a simple process. I had to send an email, they replied, and it wasn’t until the the third or fourth round of back and forth emails when I was finally granted permission to return an item for which I paid $140. In other words, it’s not a Rolex. They want photos of the item AND the packaging, and then they will send (finally) a return label. I would never buy from them again! There will be a 6% fee as well as a fee for the return label. Oh, and did I mention that the box, when it was shipped to me, was wrapped and taped in plastic that was impossible to cut through with sharp scissors? Don’t order from Nuamore unless you are dead sure.

The 6% fee (approximately $8 USD) does not fully cover these expenses, and we continue to absorb a significant portion of the overall cost.

In terms of packaging, the outer poly bag you referred to is used to ensure the watch is delivered safely and securely during transit. While it may feel tightly sealed, it plays an important role in protecting the product.

Love the watch

I ordered watch on Feb 10 and it arrived packaged securely on Feb 18. It's beautiful, just as in photos. I didn't order a fitting kit & took it to fast jewelry repair store in the mall who removed a few links for $10. Fits great, keeps great time and I love to wear it. I've had zero issues and am very happy with my watch. 🙂
