AVOID - the company could be a scam
The quality is awful and the watch is nothing like the photo. To return you have to pay an admin fee and they won’t confirm how much the postage is. Then returned and a week after they have the watch back no refund and no communication. I think this company maybe a scam AVOiD

To clarify the situation, you contacted us on February 5th to request a return, and we responded promptly with instructions in line with our return policy. We provided the return label directly via email to make the process as simple and hassle free as possible.
As stated in our policy, a small administrative and return handling fee is deducted to cover processing and operational costs. The return shipping label is issued to the customer and deducted from the refund once the item is received back with us.
Your refund was successfully processed on February 19th after the returned item was delivered back to our warehouse and inspected. The timing reflects the transit period required for us to receive the product, not a refusal to refund.
We have been in communication throughout the process and can confirm the refund has been completed.
If there is anything further you would like to clarify, we remain available and happy to assist.

I am happy with my watch. Looks nice for everyday wear. I bought Silver with Pink face. I gave 5 stars for over all ratings. The customer service helped me when I did not receive my watch on time and I emailed them right away. Soon after I reported the situation , Katrina the manager made an effort to find out what happens to the watch, that it was lost in the mail, Katrina replaced the watch and sent it a Priority. I received my watch in 2 days. I will buy it again from them.

Customer service alone means repeat business from me
I had a great experience with Nuamore. I ordered two items in different color combinations during a sale and used a first-time buyer discount. After checkout, I received a one-time “buy a second” offer for an additional discount — which technically didn’t apply since I had already purchased two. I emailed customer service with a screenshot just to ask if they could help, and I was blown away by their response.
They replied quickly, checked in with me daily to let me know they were still working on it, and within three days they honored the discount and refunded the difference. That level of communication and follow-through is rare. I’d absolutely shop here again based on their customer service alone.

Customer service was very helpful and quick to respond. Had a problem with delivery and other concerns. The watch is pristine and everything I expected. But I’m finding that when taking off the watch it’s challenging to pop the backing and clasp(s) just right to release the link. I would slip it off but watch won’t because it’s minus a link. Just wish it had a release mechanism with two knobs like you would find on some watches. But all in all it’s a gorgeous watch.
