Package never arrived, refund

I have made a big order with nu3. However, the package never arrived at my address. According to the post, the complaint about lost/stolen package has to be initiated by nu3, apparently, it can not be done by customer (me). They were rude and declined to give any help. All they had to do is forward my complaint to the Post from their side and that was too much to expect. Zero customer service, zero understanding and help.

After the reviews, they have contacted me and resolved the issue. I am really positively surprised!

Very impressive after sale support

In addition to great products, Nu3 has fantastic after sales support. I provided an incorrect postal code on my details which caused all kinds of hassles for them in relation to two orders (before we realized the issue). One order Nu3 refunded to me. Even though the loss was my fault. And the next, they provided all the support necessary for me to track down my order. I am a very Impressed customer!

Super NU3 Erdnussbutter

I have been buying Peanut butter from this company for about 2 years now. I really do enjoy the flavor and the fact that there is no added sugar or salt. Just some crushed up Peanuts and some Oil. Definitely recommend it, if you are someone who is into good old natural peanut butter at a fair price!
