Great experience

Everything went smooth. Package arrived with products and no issue.
Would have been nice to get some product samples or a voucher for the next purchase but it was not expected.

Horrible delivery and payment experience

Very frustrating customer experience.

My original order never arrived. After waiting two weeks without any update, I had to contact customer service myself before the items were finally sent.

At some point, the original payment was refunded without any notification. I was never informed that a refund had been issued. Instead of simply keeping the original payment and sending the items again once the issue was reported, the company refunded the money and later asked me to pay again.

The only communication I received about this was through emails, which went directly to my spam folder (likely because the company sends frequent promotional emails). Since I was never informed about the refund, the payment reminder appeared incorrect and was ignored.

The first physical letter I ever received about this issue was not from the company, but from a debt collection agency demanding almost double the original amount.

I immediately called and explained that I am happy to pay the original amount. However, they refused to collaborate on a solution and insisted on going through the debt collector.

This entire situation seems to be the result of poor communication, yet the customer ends up facing a debt collection claim for an inflated amount. Very disappointing handling of a solvable issue.
