Ordered the Galactica lamp,Said 2 to 5 days for delivery. Due to the current situation arrived a couple of days later. Emailed Noxu and was replied to straight away, exceedingly helpful and delighted with my lamp. Planning to buy more from Noxu.

I loved my lamp and after 10 months it suddenly collapsed. I contacted the customer service and not only they were very helpful and fast, they replaced my lamp without further complications. I definitely recommend it!

Sutikku Floor lamp. Excellent light that brightens up any space. Plenty of settings and colours for whatever mood you have.

Not only do I love this product but following a small glitch I was wonderfully surprised at the service provided by the company. Without any quibbling a replacement was sent . All instructions and communications were dealt with promptly it was clear ,polite and very very helpful. Totally recommend

I own 3 pieces from Noxu. Wall light and 2 stands. Absolutely love them. The colors all match and it really sets the mood for relaxing or for parties. Highly recommend.

Noxu has gorgeous products, beautifully designed and their lamps make a great impact. We have bought several and been very happy. But I always feel the true sign of a good company is how they deal with things when they go wrong. When a lamp we ordered arrived broken (not their fault) the Noxu customer service was gold standard. I sent an email outlining the issue and within 30 minutes a very helpful young man called Michael called me. They offered a no hassle replacement which arrived with 48 hours. The new lamp is perfect. Highly recommend Noxu.

Took a while to get here but we’re very pleased with our pyramid- it looks great! It’s not bright enough to use as a light but visually, it’s stunning.

Not a great experienced, too expensive

Really helpful customer service team. I had an issue with my floor lamp, only the bottom half would light up, I got in touch with customer services and they immediately Knew what the issue was. They'd sent across a set of instructions to follow in order to resolve the issue and there we had it, my lamp was running as usual again! Just to mention, the total time from my first email to the point when my lamp was restored was a total of 10 minutes!

The ordering process was very straightforward and website easy to navigate.
My order didn't arrive within the quoted time frame but I do understand there are delays, especially in these difficult times.
Eventually I emailed for an update on my order, 1st email was responded to very quickly giving an explanation to the delay, said my order would be despatched within the following 48 hours and a discount code for a future order.

I chased on 2 further occasions when the order didn't arrive as promised, neither of these emails were responded to.

The item arrived nicely pack 5 weeks from ordering.

Because of the delay I'd been looking for an alternative item in case I needed to request a refund and shop elsewhere. I did find one at half the price of Noxu and the quality appeared to be similar.

Overall I'm not overly impressed with the experience but I do have the product I paid for and it works so that's why it gets the two stars.

Amazing experience from placing the order to receiving it. World class customer support, awesome high quality product. Cannot go wrong with buying from them.

I ordered an item over 11-weeks ago which hasn't arrived. I contacted the company by messenger & they replied advising they'd contact the couriers for an update. Since then nothing, and no response to the 7 subsequent messages I've sent. I then emailed & was responded to very promptly by Michael, so presumed things were looking up. However, he advised me my item was already in Auckland (a city of over one million people) & I just had to collect it. No address or location was provided though . . . . Michael said he would contact the courier company for an address & come back to me, we'll that was 11 days ago & I've heard nothing nor had a reply to my 3 follow up emails. Such disappointing service, I really expected better.

Amazing service, a mistake from my side on delivery address, and faulty product, but first class support from Michael, and I absolutely love the lamps! Will 100% be adding more.

After being disappointed with original order, we got in touch with Michael in customer services. There was a supply issue with our replacement but Michael kept in touch throughout the delays in the exchange process and offered us discounts because of the problems. We received our new lamp yesterday and are very happy with it. Good customer service.

Apart from the fact that the lamps are stunning and add a beautiful ambience to the space, the service I received from the guys at Noxu, particularly Michael, was the best I have exeprienced in years of on-line shopping. When I ordered two more lamps and accidentally ordered the wrong ones, Michael went out of his way to facilate as smooth an exhcange process as possible (I live in Sydney!), they even offered to compensate me for my error! It really was an exceptional shopping experience and lot of brands out there could do with following Noxu's example.
