Ordered a standing corner lamp on 16th Nov.
Got an email stating its being made ready for delivery.
After a week I called to ask where it was. Problem at our production facility in Southampton.
This better not be some Chinese junk you're waiting for delivery of and you're waffling, no sir, definitely not.
2 weeks after purchase, it will definitely be sent on 30th for arrival on the 1st.
Next email, it will most definitely be with between 4th - 6th, we are adding more packaging after complaints from customers (bit slow in this place if it takes 4-6 days to add a piece of bubble wrap) .
Monday 6th, emailed them for a refund.
Our finance dept will be in touch in 1-3 days.
Here we are on day 4....no email.
Totally bogus company, no manufacturing plant. Just reselling other peoples cheap junk from Asia.
Come on Micheal, send another generic reply to this. Why don't you man up/pay up and admit that you design and make nothing!!!!!

Less is more.
I bought my first Sutikku in June 2021. Easy to assemble, and instantly had the impact i was hoping for. Minimalist design, but maximum WOW factor. Day to day, i prefer static colours - subtle & calming. But when hosting a party, just choose a fast variation to create your own light show. Sometimes, a little goes a long way, and Noxu lamps are living proof of that. I'm so satisfied, i'm ordering two more.

SHADY company – BEWARE
This is one of the worst companies I've ever dealt with. Terrible comms, delayed my order multiple times so it took 2 months to get to me since I ordered, my Tokuni Coffee Table made of "strengthened, toughened, scratch resistant acrylic" arrived scratched in MULTIPLE places with a HUGE crack, and they are now delaying comms about a refund.
I'd been eyeing off the table for a while after seeing it in YouTuber Zac Alsop's video. It's EXPENSIVE but I decided to treat myself after being in a tough COVID lockdown for 4 months.
I confirmed the table was scratch resistant on Sept 23 by Instagram DM before I ordered. I was told it went through extensive testing and can withstand a light-medium key scratch.
I then ordered the table on Sept 25 for approx $550 AUD / £292.50 GBP. On the website it says they usually ship the next business day. After FIVE business days (Oct 3) I hadn't received a dispatch email so I emailed Noxu to ask when my table would be dispatched. They replied saying between "13th and 16th October due to a minor delay caused by a malfunction in the production line." They also said they'd send it Express once it was ready so I'd have it in "1-2 business days once dispatched."
On Oct 24 I emailed AGAIN as it'd be more than a week since Oct 16 and I hadn't received a dispatch email OR an email from Noxu about another delay. They replied saying it would be dispatched "29th October - 3rd November, I can assure you it will not be any later than this, the delay is a result of some last minute adjustments added into the new batch of Tokuni Coffee Tables" and then they stated "the one con [of the last batch] that was noticed by a lot of the customers was that there was not enough surrounding packaging and it could be prone to transit damage" so they were acting on that, hence the extra delay...
At this point it'd been more than a month since I ordered.
On Nov 4 I emailed AGAIN as I still hadn't received a dispatch email. By this point I was worried the table wouldn't arrive before I left the state for my Christmas break in mid December (I notified them of this). They wrote back on Nov 5 to say they could confirm the table would ship the next day. Finally, one thing that was truthful!
The table finally arrived on Nov 17 (so not "1-2 business days" like previously stated). By this point it's almost 2 months since I ordered. It took so long to get to me that we'd come out of lockdown and returned to the office, so I had to stay home that day to wait for the table to arrive (an issue I shouldn't have had since I ordered with enough time for it to get to me before lockdown was going to end...).
I opened the box and found the table to be scratched in MULTIPLE places AND there was a MAJOR crack 1/3 the width of the table. It was apparent this table is NOT made of "strengthened, toughened, scratch resistant acrylic' as stated on their website since it was somehow able to get multiple scratches even though the box wasn't damaged and the inner packaging was good.
I emailed them straight away to notify them of the damages. I asked for a full refund since the quality was not as described. I didn't want another table since it seemed to be poorly made. I asked them to tell me when they could refund me, and let them know they could send a courier to collect the table. It's not my job to pay to return a damaged, not as described product (which would cost hundreds back to the UK).
I didn't get a reply for a bit, so I DM'd them on Instagram asking them to reply to my email. They left me on seen and didn't email me. So I emailed AGAIN saying I know they saw my DM and asking them when my refund would be issued. They emailed back this time to ask if I wanted a replacement table, and if not then they can have my damaged table returned to them and a full refund issue.
I wrote back straight away (this is Nov 18) to reiterate I wanted a refund. I didn't hear back so on Nov 22 I emailed AGIN to ask them to let me know ASAP about this and reminded them AGAIN that I was leaving the state soon on holiday.
They replied to say they'd forward my email to the "Finance Department" and I'd get an email from them within 3-5 business days.
Five business days passed and yesterday (Nov 29) I emailed AGAIN to say I hadn't received anything and asked them to expedite my refund/collection request as I am leaving the state in two weeks. I have not heard back.
It's been more than two months / more than 9 weeks since I ordered this table. I am left with a broken table taking up room in my apartment, I have no coffee table, I am down $550 AUD and have spent SO much time dealing with this shady company.
Do NOT buy from them. I am notifying my bank of this.
If I don't get my refund, I will also be posting reviews of Noxu wherever I can. Someone on Twitter found what their company is registered as so I will also report them to Trading Standards.

Have been waiting weeks now on my refund even though the company have both my returns as tracking shows they’ve been safely delivered and signed for. Takes days to hear back from customer service who have now promised me two different dates I would receive my refund, both dates have now passed and I am now awaiting on a response after sending yet another email.
Absolutely avoid this company.

Fast acting customer service
Fast acting customer service! I had an issue with the delivery of my new Kona Floor lamp, I rang Noxu's customer services and was met with a very pleasant agent who took down some instructions for the delivery driver to follow, these were passed onto the DHL delivery driver in a very timely manner and I was called back by the agent confirming it would be delivered on the same day! Would definitely recommend. (Especially with Christmas coming up, they do the perfect gifts)

Poor quality product
I purchased a light from Noxu. It is faulty and requires you to contact support to be able to reset it as it was continually malfunctioning. Wouldn’t recommend as poor quality.

Just received my Noxu vases. They are as lovely in person as they appear in the advertisement. They will give any room a pop of colour. They are functional art. To add to the whole experience, they were shipped and arrived very quickly.

Encountered a problem with the light…
Encountered a problem with the light not responding to the remote as intended, seemed to be stuck on a strange setting. Emailed Noxu on a Saturday morning, had a reply within 2 hrs with instructions, and bingo, all up and running as new straightaway. Class.
