Do not use this company. Tricked into a year subscription and when we moved to sky they will continue to charge us again, so we are paying twice for the same thing! Same with sky sports, they carried on charging us on now despite switching to sky. Refused to help or refund anything, a total joke of a company.

AVOID! I signed up to a free month with Now TV. Liked it and thought I'd let it roll on a month. Turns out it rolled on to a YEAR contact. I have tried multiple times to phone and email these people and its either an pointless boilerplate response or a ai phone loop that cuts the phone for the majority of options. The live chat is equally useless. No, I do not have Facebook or any other social media. NOW Case ID: 34403414.

What a massive mistake signing up to these criminals. Proffesional extortion, especially if you try and cancel. Steaming service is abysmal and catchup (especially on Sports package) has up to 2 days wait. Having to raise a case with Ofcom and considering legal action against them. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
Stay away from these incompetent jokers
I cancelled my broadband subscription giving them 28 days notice on the 11th Jan 2026. I stopped using there broadband 30th Jan 2026 my account paid up to 20 Feb 2026. On 20th Feb they tried to take money out my account but didn't get it. They now claim I left on 20th Feb 2026 but the service wasn't switched off until till the 25th Feb 2026 and now I owe them £6.16 for 5 days. I've tried emailing them and finally ended up phoning them and got someone telling me I didn't leave until 20th Feb 2026 even though I have umpteen emails from them saying "sorry I'm leaving". I didn't know incompetence like this existed. Told them to go swing, they can take me to court.

It is now four weeks since my telephone line went down ( I have NowTV broadband and telephone deal). I have spent literally HOURS going round-and-round trying to get help from a variety of web pages and any number of telephone numbers. Twice I got through to people who were I guess in India. So then I I did receive a text to say that they were aware I had a problem; but the the only contact I've had since is when they took the monthly premium. (My broadband incidentally is fine.)
Typical big business bottom line company with no easily available helpful telephone support!

Terrible communication
Terrible. I upgraded my internet last year, and asked for a new wifi router to be sent out. Ive not received the router. Ive emailed complaints but nobody replies, and then my case gets closed without getting resolved

Subscribed to HBO MAX through nowtv. What they don’t tell you when ordering is that not all the movies are included compared to subscribing direct or through Amazon. To get more movies they said I should subscribe to sky cinema.

I am honestly beyond frustrated with NOW TV. This has been one of the worst customer experiences I’ve ever had.
I signed up for what was presented as a free trial and was charged almost immediately. From the moment I saw that first charge, I tried to cancel. What followed has been months of complete chaos and zero accountability.
I have contacted customer service multiple times via chat, email, and phone. I have been told several times that my subscription was cancelled — yet the charges continue every single month. I have not used the service at all.
I have spent hours (including over 3.5 hours in one day) being passed between different agents, repeating myself over and over again, with no resolution. No one takes ownership, no one fixes the issue, and there seems to be no proper way to actually cancel.
At this point, it feels like I’ve been trapped into a subscription I never agreed to, with money being taken continuously despite repeated cancellation requests.
This is completely unacceptable. I am now having to escalate this through my bank and PayPal because NOW TV has failed to resolve it directly.
Avoid at all costs — if you sign up, be prepared for a nightmare trying to cancel.

Awful company, avoid if there is a cheap deal or topcashback.
Once out of contract you are unable to cancel your direct debit via your account and your bank are also unable to cancel it (not the usual process!?). Therefore you have to call them and cannot get through. They charged us 2 months (Dec 2025 & jan 2026) beyond when another provider was already providing our broadband. They apparently take 45 days to refund but we have still not received this despite several emails. They owe us £98! Absolutely disgusting. This should not be this difficult.

Very greedy company forcing people to take the way cheaper in the current time but long term adds up 12 month offer where you are locked into, along with a very boring collection of movies and shows not worth the price at all. Customer service is even worse with people from abroad being the point of contact for cost saving

I pay for just hthe sport at 19.99 pm its ok I get to see my team the golf is nice. But diring the close season I will probably cancel. The 3 stars is because frankky the TVGuide is gr@p. You cant easily see whats coming up. Its basically just a now and next..

Quite possibly the worst company in the world. I've never experienced a company that is so so so bad with customer service. I've emailed, called, used online chat, raised disputes through my bank, I've either not heard from them or they deny having my card details. Every.single.month. they take money from my bank and every.single.month. they won't cancel my subscription.
I am at my wits end with them. I am quite possibly going to have to cancel my bank account just to get them to stop taking payments. Do not sign up to them, they will never stop taking money from you!!!!
WORLD CLASS CUSTOMER SERVICE
I recently signed up for a now cinema pass for £4.99 for 6 months.Once i had done this , a few days later, i noticed that there was an offer for entertainment pass + cinema pass+ boost pass, all for £6.98 a month which i thought was a great price considering what these passes cost individually.I really wanted this deal instead of my original now cinema pass on its own, so i contacted Now on live chat.I explained that i wanted this new deal and asked if they could do this, and to my great surprise , they swapped me over to the new deal and gave me an account credit for the money i had already paid for cinema pass.I know that once you sign for a deal it cant be swapped for another so i just thought this was a very kind and thoughtful thing to do and i recieved 5 star customer service from the agent and they could not do enough to help me, they made sure to keep me on chat until i was completely satisfied.
For £6.98 a month i am getting a huge amount of content and it is very good value.I am surprised there are so many bad reviews on here, i was so very well treated and looked after, the agent really cared about helping me , that is very rare with any company these days.
I just found the whole experience very pleasant and easy, and i would recommend subscribing.
