Poor quality streaming service all round. The standard service is unwatchable as they show adverts every 10 to 12 mins, try to get through a 2+ hour film and you will have advert poison poured into your eyes so frequently it will give you a headache. If you pay them the extra money to watch shows without adverts they will still show a 30-40 second advert for their service before anything you watch. This is so egregious its bordering on criminal, I do not want to watch any adverts!

I signed up for a 12-month NOW Sports membership, but the service has been very poor since I got it. It constantly buffers and is unreliable, especially frustrating when trying to watch live sport.
This is not an issue with my broadband. I have fast internet, Sky, and other streaming services working normally on the same connection, but NOW continues to have problems.
When I contacted NOW to cancel, I was told I could not cancel because I am in a minimum-term contract. I understand I agreed to a 12-month plan, but I do not think it is fair to keep charging customers when the service being provided does not work properly.
I asked for the issue to be escalated and was told I needed to provide a short video of the buffering before they could help further. Buffering is intermittent, so it is not always easy to capture on demand. The complaint has now been escalated, but payments will continue while I wait.
Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend signing up to a long-term NOW contract unless you are completely sure the service works reliably for you first.

"Your TCL 65C6KS QD Mini-LED (Google TV) can run the NOW app, but NOW Ultra Boost (UHD / 4K) does not currently work on TCL Google TV models, even though the TV itself fully supports 4K, HDR, and Dolby Vision. NOW's 4K UHD streaming only works on selected devices. While TCL TVs are supported for the app, UHD playback is not enabled on TCL devices at the moment.'
Shady and incompetent
Signed up for a £5 monthly plan and cancelled within the 14 day cooling off period, but NOW refuses to honour the cancellation and says I'm locked in for 12 months. I've been astonished at the resistance they've shown in order to steal a measly fiver a month from me.
Their support staff genuinely don't understand what I'm talking about when I tell them that my statutory right to withdraw exists separately and above their terms and conditions. It's genuinely pointless arguing this basic case to them.
My bank have repeatedly granted me chargebacks due to NOW's obvious breach, but NOW keep on charging me from different accounts each month. Beyond shady.
So glad that HBO Max has launched in the UK so I never have to deal with this joke of a company ever again. Good riddance!

When watching the darts through sky it's perfect since canceling sky and switching to now tv I've never seen so much buffering hardly makes it worth paying for. Nothing else in the house is effected.

The offer I took said HBO was included, it isn’t. It also said cancel anytime but small print hid the “after 6 months” clause so I’m stuck paying for old TV shows and movies I already saw. I complained but customer services merely mansplained what a minimum term is. Rude, deceitful and sub standard. Stick Netflix or Prime, they have content and are flexible if there’s nothing you fancy.

I told the guy on the phone already that they wouldnt be able to reach the pole where my house is located. Did they listen? Nope. So engineers come and the can't install. Then she says that full fibre could be months to years to install but I can 'upgrade' when they do and she can't lock in the price for me. The whole thing is a shambles. Let's just hope its not going to take forever for them to send my 70mb thingy to me too. The guy who sold me the package should have listened when I expressed the pole situation to him in the first place he didnt listen.

They have the worst customer service on the planet. You cannot get through to them at all. You are given multiples of multiples plus more multiples of options on their help line and when you do get through they can barely speak a word of English and do zero to help.
They have now stole money out of our account and have still not got back to us. I would never sign up to this company again and I cannot believe that they are part of the sky group. Shame on sky for allowing this to continue!!

When you have the TV app, you're not able to cancel on the app so you have to log in on your phone and do it. It's incredibly hard to find the cancel function within a mobile phone app. I really think this kind of bullsh*t, where they make it as hard as possible to cancel, is wasting everyone's time and very unethical and frustrating. Zero respect for a company that would do that to its customers
