I love Novex! It’s a game changer for curly hair. I miss the old specific curly hair products you guys used to have though.

It say my package was deliver but I didnt receive it I dont know if it was the delivery company but I was so excited to try the product. On my daughter sorry

Everything arrived Perfect, the products were well packaged, none of the products were open or spilling, it took a little longer but it is because of the state where I live that it is far away. I have used Novex from my country and now here in the USA. I will try them again Thank you

I loved the products and the fast delivery to everyone in my house like have your products the unic thing I don't found was the soap for body and washing hands

I've loved Novex products for over 10 years now and I can honestly say they've been almost always great, I say almost because I guess there's specific things for every hair type and some weren't for mine, which is okay.

Now, being able to buy directly from the source is a first time for me (which is crazy after 10+ years), but I am so happy I got to do it; the buying process was great, loved the little free samples! And the shipping was fast and reliable. I think I'll always be a Novex fan and a devoted spokeperson (to literally anyone I meet and wants to talk hair) specifically for Blindagem ThermoProtector, I just swear by it, it's superb for me.

customer services nobody answer, any issue you can't get in touch with nobody, website went wrong, I bought a product and the website added a different address.

Received expired hair product, emailed with image attached as proof and no one responded back to me.

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and disappointment with the recent experience I had with your company. I am appalled by the utter lack of attention to quality and customer satisfaction that has been demonstrated through the recent delivery of an expired product.
I received an order from your company, Order ID: #37758, on August 17, 2023, containing Novex mask( Mystic Black) with an expiration date that will be passed by couple months(10/2023) and another mask without any expiration date on it ( Avocado oil with honey) which is very suspicious . It is shocking to me that a company of your reputation would stoop so low as to send out products that are beyond their shelf life. This negligence not only reflects poorly on your brand but also raises serious concerns about the safety and reliability of your products.
As a loyal customer who has supported your brand, I expected better treatment and respect for my patronage. The fact that I now have to deal with an expired product is not only inconvenient but also mentally distressing. I trusted your brand to provide products that meet acceptable quality standards, but this incident has shattered that trust completely.
I strongly urge you to take immediate action to rectify this situation. I demand a replacement for the expired product I received, and I expect it to be delivered promptly, without any further delays. Additionally, I request a formal apology for the distress and psychological discomfort that your company's actions have caused me.
Furthermore, I implore you to thoroughly review your quality control procedures to prevent such incidents from occurring in the future. Consumers should not have to deal with the consequences of your company's lack of attention to detail and disregard for their well-being.
Please consider this email as a clear indication of my dissatisfaction and a call for urgent action. Failure to address this matter adequately will force me to explore other options and share my unfortunate experience with my clients, friends, family, and social media networks.

It still leave the hair dry and it doesn’t get the hair curly at all

This product is not as good as your My Curls Hollywood for me. I have super curly hair, but the Super Curls did not take care of the frizz. I would like to return I it and get the My Curls Movie Star leave-in again. I thought I would just try something different, but I’m staying with your Hollywood products. They are awesome.

Extremely fast delivery for the best product ever! I have 3 C type of curls and definitely my best decision was to try Novex.

Novex products are amazing. I wish I had found them sooner it would’ve made hair care so much easier. Novex products make my hair super soft if I’m straightening it or curling it. For reference I have 3c hair. I’m happy I found Novex.

Loved all the products but had to give away the shampoo samples because they had sodium laureth sulfate in them and my hair is dyed and kinky curly so I can’t use that ingredient. Other than that, great products.

The products so far are very good. My hair is smooth and scent full.

One of my product came broken. I contacted the website and nobody answered my mail. Very bad experiences.
