Bad customer service

The customer service needs to be improved. Called a few times asking about my package, the woman on the phone who was clearly very annoyed by having to attend my phone call. She hung up on me a few times in a row cutting me off in the middle of the question. Very rude, very impolite, very unprofessional.

Lawlessness

This is a terrible, dishonest, and deceitful service that allows itself absolute lawlessness! They can easily replace the contents of your parcel or steal it entirely. To cover up their actions, they may even claim to 'utilize' your goods so you never see them again. There is a complete mess and lack of control within the company. Even the management does not react to these crimes. They don't care about customers. Total lawlessness and absolute mess .

would be in the U.K., they said they will email you, got
email late Wed night to pay taxes/duty took a day to clear got text Fri saying be there 10:10-12:10 did not come, then got email saying 16:00-18:00 they turned up at 17:45 all in all was not too bad but maybe a little
more info would have been of help.

Hello

Hello! I was sent a parcel with documents from Ukraine in the middle of January 2026. The cost of my documents was almost 300 pounds. After 2 weeks of waiting, I was informed that they were lost. I was refunded just with 50 pounds. It was very upsetting, because it took me quite a long time to produce these documents. I wish no one agreed to use Nava Post services. This is the worst company I ever worked with.

Nova Post is the worst postal service…

Nova Post is the worst postal service imaginable. On 4th March I handed over an important document in an envelope and paid for it. A week later I can’t find my parcel online. I’ve rung them several times but despite their office being in Budapest no one speaks Hungarian or English. The normally very rude female staff pick up the phone and shout “Ukrainian Only”! This is ridiculous. If you can’t speak the local language you should close your office. Please don’t use this absolutely unknown and disastrous service; it will cost you a lot of headaches.

No package - worst service

Looking at the other reviews, it's just their business model: making sure packages never arrive.
And their service is the worst.
"It is delivered" - no it isn't
"It was delivered at your neighbors" - no it isn't
"We contacted the carrier and they don't remember where they delivered it" - give me the tracking number to contact them
"We are in contact with them" -

No solutions, just parcels that disappear because Novapost got involved.

Was supposed to recieve a parcel that…

Was supposed to recieve a parcel that was a gift and it never arrived. Two weeks passed by of me trying to get some information where the parcel is and when it will arrive, no real information received. Later they backtraced and changed in the website that the parcel was delivered few days ago, even though first time when I checked through tracking, the parcel was indicated as awaiting for delivery even on the days after (when I checked on Jan 6th, the parcel was still awaiting for delivery, when I messaged them again for updates and later checked the website, it now indicated that the parcel was delivered on the 2nd). I received no compensation from them, customer support communication sucks, every time I ask something in English or Lithuanian, they start speaking in Russian. In total I was supposed to get two parcels from them, none arrived and were probably stolen by the currier.

Horrendous

Horrendous! family member send a gift from Ukraine and it never arrived. We found out later this disgusting service of yours sent the pacage that was a gift payed by Sender together with someone's commercial delivery and ended up forcing us to pay for it the money my family already payed. You promised a super fast and secure delivery, and what we got is you sending the gift incorrectly to a UPS warehouse on Cologne for 4 weeks until we payed for it and got it practically a month after Christmas... what a degenerate disaster, so much stress and so much money spend, and we are not getting it back no metter how many complaints we send. Hope your business fails

BEWARE: Black Hole for Shipments – Avoid Shipping via Germany

If you value your time and money, avoid any shipping route that passes through Frankfurt, Germany. My parcel (SHUA7763947591 via Nova Post) has been held indefinitely by German Customs at Frankfurt Airport since 23 Dec 2025 with zero communication and zero accountability.
​The government service here is utterly incompetent and creates a massive bottleneck for international trade. It is a "black hole" where property disappears into bureaucracy. I strongly advise businesses and individuals to bypass Germany entirely and use more efficient European hubs. Their "service" is a deterrent to global commerce. Avoid at all costs.

Fast delivery, great service overall

At first, I wasn’t sure whether to use their service because of the bad reviews, but I ended up being very satisfied. When I needed to change some details in my shipments, they were very cooperative. The call center is always available, and I received fast responses to my messages and emails as well. Definitely recommended.

🚨 TWO MONTHS OF LOGISTICAL FAILURE WITH NOVA POST — AND STILL NO SOLUTION

I am publishing this because all private communication channels with Nova Post have failed — emails, official requests, chat support, Instagram support, even a burofax.
No response. No accountability. No delivery.

📌 What happened to my shipment:
• Sent from Ukraine → Spain
• Without my knowledge, rerouted Spain → Poland
• Then again Poland → Spain
• And now, due to another internal mistake, it is being sent back to Ukraine — again.

This has been happening for two months.
No explanations. No responsible person. No progress.



📌 Root cause — confirmed by Spanish customs and AirGo Express

Nova Post failed to inform the broker that my shipment was B2B (company-to-company).
Therefore:
• the declaration was filled incorrectly,
• customs could not identify the shipment,
• the parcel was repeatedly blocked and rerouted,
• and the entire process has collapsed multiple times.

Even the customs agent who initially contacted us abandoned the case midway — and disappeared.



📌 Communication with Nova Post: complete silence

For two months:
• the app does not work,
• chat support gives generic answers
• Instagram support provides no solutions,
• official emails are ignored,
• escalation requests remain unanswered,
• even a legal burofax received no reply.

As a result, I have no access to my own shipment, and no way to resolve the problem privately.



📌 Business impact

We are two registered companies operating between Ukraine and Spain.
This parcel contains certified professional products intended for:
• commercial sale,
• educational programs,
• professional courses,
• and business operations in Spain.

Because of Nova Post’s internal errors:
• All deadlines were missed
• Our scheduled courses were cancelled
• Business plans collapsed
• And we suffered serious financial and reputational damage

This situation is no longer a simple delay —
it is a complete breakdown of international logistics and customer service.



📌 What we request

I am asking for direct intervention from the leadership of Nova Post:
• Assign a responsible person
• Correct the documentation immediately
• Prevent further returns
• And ensure the shipment is delivered without further mistakes

This case is not caused by us.
It is the result of internal miscommunication, procedural failures, and the absence of customer support.

There was a problem with delivery from the local delivery company, so it took a while to receive the item, but the customer support staff were kind and patient and I was able to receive it safely.

I sent a parcel from Poland to Sweden

I sent a parcel from Poland to Sweden, and it was sent back to this address in Poland since it was unable to be delivered in Sweden. I have tried to call, message on Telegram, and email, and no one has given me any information. I was hung up on when I called and my messages were left unanswered on Telegram. My package was delivered to this address at 15 Mineralna a few weeks ago, and the delivery was signed for there by Roszko. I have not been contacted to pick it up or figure out how I can retrieve it. I have incredibly sentimental and meaningful things in this package, and I have tried everything I can to get this package back, and no one will help.

Item never delivered

Nova Post was supposed to be the last carrier in the shipping chain from China to Germany (I sent a gift to my partner). The package showed as delivered at 22:30, but nobody rang the bell or left a calling card - nobody delivers at that time of night anyway! My refund claim was rejected because Nova have marked it as delivered even though it never was - so I'm out $102 and my partner never got a birthday present. Horrible service, avoid at all costs.

Strongly Do NOT Recommend – The Worst Delivery Service I Have Ever Used

My parcel from Kharkiv to Manchester was supposed to arrive on September 18, but it has been stuck in London since September 17. I paid all customs duties, yet nothing has changed. Customer support only makes promises to “look into it” but never calls back or gives clear answers.
The parcel contained a birthday gift for a child, the celebration was ruined.
I strongly do NOT recommend using this company if you value your time, money, and nerves.

Very scam suspect

The package from China was supposed to be delivered by Nova Post as the last-mile carrier in Germany.. Never heard or seen it before. Nothing ever gets delivered, you just get a message your delivery was successful late at night (close to 23:00), but of course this is a scam because no delivery service does that at midnight in Germany. Be aware!

Always excellent for me

Can only speak to my own experiences, and the local driver here is absolutely fantastic. Goes above and beyond to get parcels to me. Things arrive in perfect condition from Ukraine, and genuinely top tier for couriers in my local area since they opened their office here earlier this year.

My only, very minor, grumble is that the tracking can be a little pessimistic on when things will arrive - usually a day or two later than when the notification comes through that the courier is on his way and delivery is made.
