They manage to mess up 2 different deliveries in 2 days

2 different deliveries in 2 days and both"we couldn't deliver your package" and then the packages go straight to a relay point in the middle of town 12 km away. Are you serious?!?
And in both cases, at no point has an actual delivery guy showed up on my doorstep to attempt delivery.
This is without a doubt the worst delivery firm in Belgium.

Awful company, awful service!

Awful company. I was waiting for a parcel for which DHL works with them as subcontractor company. They haven't called me or messaged me that they couldn't reach me. After I realised that on the web site of DHL and via the link to their site. After I booked reservation for my colis to be delivered to the nearest collection point near me and I have received a confirmation mail for that. After that I tracked that status of my package and they indicated that it will be delivered to the collection point and I will be informed when it reached there. When I checked the status of my package today, I saw that my package was returned to the sender because I refused it. This is totally unacceptable. They returned my package without my authorisation and without giving me a possibility to collect my package. When I complained about that I have been informed to contact the sender. I have all the record to support my claim and my point. No words to say further. Zero customer service, zero professionalism.

CP stated that the parcel was delivered…

CP stated that the parcel was delivered in my post box !
Postbox was empty, no parcel
Customer Service is more than terribel, they just kept on repeating that the parcel was delivered.
No, it was NOT delivered, it was STOLEN by one of your drivers !
