Don’t order from them. It’s been 2 months since I put in my order and still have not received it. Been contacting support multiple times and haven’t got an answer. Will never order again

I waited something around 6 weeks for my order, what is okay in my opinion if you get notified, that your order is not forgotten. The customer revive is Italien only and all automated emails you get are fully Italian, what feels like a joke when shipping internationally. Also I wrote the support because I was worried my order got lost, but I got no answer until I threatened to take back my payment, since I have no notification and no further info as well as no product.
Would I only rate the customer service it would be a 1 star.
But the products I received in the end are quite nice. The hoodies are a bit thin and don’t have this nice fluffy material everyone likes so much these days, but the t shirts are good.
I wouldn’t shop there a second time, but if I would have to I would take a t Shirt and no more hoodies.

First time shopping with you guys. I got 2 t-shirts cautiously regarding the quality of the items I would get, but the package I received today exceeded my expectations by a huge margin! The quality of the t-shirts is really superb and the printing quality is one of the best I have had ever on a t-shirt-! The small wait to get my order was totaly worth it and I will definately be shopping from you guys again. Grazie mille!

I made an order on the 25th of MAY. It is now JULY and I still don’t have a track and trace. I’ve contacted them 3/4 times on WhatsApp and they aren’t responding. I’ve also send them a message on Instagram and they aren’t responding there either.

Very good quality, I love the hoodies. Although I was expecting a bit higher basis weight and for them not to be so oversized. But overall the hoodies are great ❤️

Very happy with my hoodie and t shirt, I’m from the Netherlands and the shipping took way longer than expected, around 3-4 weeks which was really unfortunate because I couldn’t take them with me on vacation.

It took 3 months to arrive and it was only sent because I wrote a mail. I’ve contacted the costumer service a lot of times and only got an answer on my first text. You could do better

Delivery took many weeks longer than announced.
Only automatic standard responses from the customer service.
Not all items were delivered, money not being sent back.

Actually good delivery times, and very good quality. I think delivery times depends on the brand you order from. I ordered from Notre and 4 days passed and I had my parcel

They shouldn't publicise so much if they can't keep up with the orders. I ordered the first week of june, on july i didn't have any information about my order. Very bad customer service, until i threatened them with taking legal actions they didn't even answer. After that i had my package in 2 days. The product is not like in the photos and i dont like the fitting. Not ordering again

Overall 10/10, it was a 5-7DD and the hoodie its topppp quality, i would recommend :) (from spain)

took them 4 months to ship my order and still then they did not ship out all my items. I've ordered a pair of sweatpants on 2 occassions from them and have not received these sweatpants both times, instead one time receiving a refund and now receiving a coupon code for the amount that they owed me for the sweatpant. Their customer service is also awful. I asked about any updates on my package over 10 times and they either respond with a useless answer like "We handcraft our garments so it takes a while" and "We're having issues with our cotton" or whatever. They have multiple times just not responded to me at all too. I would not order from this brand again. I was already doubting to place a second order and gave it another shot but I will not be placing an order here again.

All the items are made with really low quality products

I am waiting for more than a month. They don't reply, answer. Don't buy here anything!!

Do not order here, product does not look like the picture. When you ask for a refund because of this reason they reffer to their conditions where it says: may differ from image. After that they will ignore you.

At first I was waiting about two months to get my package, no one of the support team answer me on whatsapp and the hoodie which I bought is awful, I swear it is not in any procent a cotton, only poliester

Have not received the order for my 13 year old son since APRIL 25!!!!

No response to my many many emails, zero information, just automated responses and in Italian only!

They do send many email advertisements!!

Total FRAUDS, a scam, never spend your money here!
