Phantom brand
Order placed on 02 July and dispatched 3 weeks later. I specified my intention to refuse the order and my wish for a refund days before the order was dispatched. They simply ignored my messages and I have no feedback from their after-sales service.
I specified to the carrier as agreed that I was going to refuse the parcel.
Catastrophic brand
Absolute scammers! Ordered two shorts two weeks ago, never received confirmation of order. Contacted customer support, which is actually just a WhatsApp number, never got a response. Avoid them!
