it was easy to sign a new contract and its great that they are trying to make sure their customers getting better energy rates. However, I don't like having to handle this process over phone, I would much prefer to be contacted by email, that way I have sometime to actually review and make a decision. Also they didn't tell me there were going to be contract cancellation fees from my former energy provider.

Scammers
Scammers. They said I signed up with them long time ago and that I do not remember it, but that’s not true, I checked my emails and I have nothing from them. Not sure how they got my details but it’s definitely a scam. You should just hang up when someone calls you about energy contracts.
