I waited hours, set an appointment in lieu of waiting more, then no one showed up for the appointment, I waited another hour. I emailed to complain. Finally later a woman assisted and she did great.

Vivian was great. Very professional and helpful as we navigated the system.

The people were very helpful but the software and setup were a pain. The ID verification link didn't work, and my wife had a lot of trouble getting it to scan her face properly.
We also were not told ahead of time that we had to be on a laptop or desktop computer rather than smartphones.
The whole thing was way more stress and effort than just going in person to sign.
I would not recommend this service unless you physically cannot make it person.

My experience with NotaryCam was effortless, which is appreciated when you have a million things to do. My Notary was very professional, polite, and very well dressed, I might add. Thank you, NotaryCam. I cannot say the same concerning my experience with Regus. In fact, I was just notified today (concerning one of my other businesses) that my 1583 does not exist. How can that be when I have been receiving mail at 10310 Perimeter Drive in Charlotte for a complete year, and they are the ones who completed my 1583 and had me sign it? That place has been a total nightmare. They want me to come in and do another one.
