Fast and easy
I thought the process was easy. At first, I had a problem using my laptop camera getting a good scan of my ID. When I switched to using my Phone camera it worked very well

It was awesome. The only thing that went wrong was that we both verified our id with our drivers license as requested before our meeting but you still sent us an email that we had not done so

My mom has Alzheimer's Disease
My mom has Alzheimer's Disease. This process requires that she answer questions without assistance. Fortunately, she was lucid enough today to be able to do that. But there are days when she wouldn't be able to do that. The process does not seem to take into account limited capacities.

Audio issues, too many emails
Audio issues. Should be able to mute yourself to deal with feedback.
Reminder emails need to have the meeting link. By the time you have the meeting you have like 4 or 5 reminders but not all of them have the link, so its a pain to find the meeting link before the meeting. I have 8 emails from notary cam since scheduling.
