Notable to customer: sucks to be you
Well, let's see:
Notable gave themselves a $750 junk fee right off the top. When it looked like the closing date might be such that we were a bit late with repayment, their response was, in essence, "Sucks to be you."
The apartment we were selling was owned my the estate of my late mother, which was cash-poor. I took out this loan so that I would not have to loan the estate $19k of my own money. Guess what? The total amount I loaned the estate was vastly larger than $19k. In retrospect, I should have loaned the estate the money myself and saved the $750 and all the hassle of dealing with Notable.

What a boon this has been!
What a boon this has been! Easy approval and excellent communication and service. Getting our house ready to sell was easier knowing we had easy access to pay for all the renovations - new carpet and flooring, fresh paint and a myriad of other refreshes! Would recommend this to anyone.
