I ordered a puffa jacket on 29th Nov.

I ordered a puffa jacket on 29th Nov.. I’ve emailed and contacted a few times regarding delivery / shipment. I’ve had no response at all. £160 jacket . I hope I soon get a response. I don’t know if this is on a pre order but info would be very helpful .. . Trying to track is useless, just get a copy of my order with absolutely no details. Very unprofessional ..

SCUMMY COMPANY TOO RIGHT

SCUMMY COMPANY TOO RIGHT! Ordered on 30 Nov. I was very wary before placing the order looking at the reviews however my son desperately wants hoddy and joggas for Christmas. 7 days later I get a generic non personal email saying they are experiencing a busy period but haven't been forgotten. I emailed 3 days later to request an update. I send another email 48 hours later. I then get a ridiculous (again) generic non personal email saying there is an issue with my shipping address. BS!!! And that I must respond within 48 hours or this might delay the order or possible cancellation!!! What they are doing is buying time, they haven't got the goods in stock and are coming up with excuses to delay at their end. I responded saying I give them 48 hours to respond for I will escalate with my bank. They should have made customers aware on the website of items in stock/out of stock BECAUSE PEOPLE ARE BUYING AS CHRISTMAS GIFTS. Shocking. They do not respond to emails, they ignore. HONESTLY STAY WELL AWAY.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. My order has not arrived, I have emailed and instagram messaged several times and have had no response from this company about the whereabouts or distribution of my order. I have asked to cancel it and have had no response whatsoever. PLEASE CONTACT me ASAP No Sauce, to resolve this issue, and refund me. Order #ns119377

Don't order. They have no stock

This site is worthy of a second review as they continue to be beyond awful. Firstly do not trust when you are ordering that they have stock. I ordered 3rd November. The same item is available to order now with a despatch date of 30th November. They have just responded to my complaint by telling me it's on preorder and will send in 2-3 weeks. They're just making it up will have had my money for the best part of a quarter of a year by the time it arrives. If it arrives. No Sauce. More like no product. No idea!!!!

Received an email asking me to leave a review but still waiting for the items. Contacted them but have not heard anything. They did send an email last week stating shipping is taking longer due to number of orders but it’s a little worrying that nothing has been sent and they are not responding to emails. Such a shame.

Dreadful communication

Dreadful communication, zero customer service. Ordered back in November and still not had the item. No idea on the delivery times as it just shows confirmed. Have asked for refund but no response.
