I have been waiting on my order for two months now and they haven’t sent it I spent a lot of money on the order!!!!

There’s one star because without it, I can’t write this review.

This company is an absolute shambles. It’s all a front to take peoples money. They use influencers and fancy ads to make the brand look legit, and at first, they do send out some orders so people leave good reviews. Then when big shopping events like Black Friday come around, they ramp up the ads, take loads of orders, and disappear. No replies, no refunds, nothing. Don’t fall for it.

PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I bought two pairs of pants from Croatia so I returned them to them and asked for a refund. They refused to give me my money back and asked me to pay them €50 which they said they would refund. I gave them €50 and they said the gift card was invalid and would not refund my money. For the other pants they asked me for €25 and wanted me to send them to a fake email page called dynamix express. Now I am out of €200! Please do not buy from them!!!!!!

Meant to be 3-4 day delivery I am still awaiting my order arriving after 2 weeks , feedback is shocking and any time I’ve tried to contact the customer support I have had no reply , won’t be back 👍

Had an email asking me to leave a review, is that a joke? Placed an order on 02 December for a large amount all presents for my son for Christmas, and still not been shipped, so how the hell can I leave a review? Emailed the support for an order update over 3 days ago and still no response. It’s so close to Christmas now please ship my order or just give me a full refund!! Wish I’d have read the reviews before ordering!!!

i ordered a pair of joggers and a hoodie about 2 months ago, the hoodie came a couple weeks ago and the joggers still haven’t arrived, i later ordered some joggers about a month ago which arrived within time however in the wrong packaging and they have a hole in the left pocket, we weary of this brand. they are also slow with customer service

Ordered over 2 weeks ago, still not dispatched. Obviously, this was an order placed for Christmas and most companies presumably expect higher volumes of orders at this time of year so should prepare? I received an email fairly quickly to explain slight delay but have heard nothing since. I've emailed them multiple times and not received a single reply. Contacted them on Instagram, again.. nothing. In the midst of all this I received an automated email asking me to leave a review which just seemed like an absolute p*ss take, so here I am leaving a review to reflect the rubbish service and complete lack of communication.. unfortunately I can't comment on the products because I don't have them.

Sending me emails asking to review an order I have not received. Order placed on the 2/12/25. I have contacted the support email and still not heard anything

Still waiting for my order to be shipped that I ordered 4/12/25. No replies to emails or message via instagram. If no source are reading this please respond directly to me.

Still haven’t received my order I ordered 20th November nobody reply’s to my numerous emails about an update I just get the odd generic scammy email saying we are experiencing high demand disgusting avoid at all costs

Ordered 21st November. Nothing.

Ordered the puffa jacket, came very quick and a very good quality jacket!

Ignore all the negative reviews one ordered multiple times from these guys and the items have been absolutely spot on every time. I expected delays due to Black Friday but I don’t mind waiting a little longer for top quality items. The “ perfect tees “ are f-ing brilliant.

So many negative reviews from impatient people so thought I’d leave this here! BRILLIANT COMPANY DESPITE DELAYS !

Ive not received anything I ordered, so currently I think this is a scam.

I have asked for a refund and my purchase being on the 29 December I received it on the 3rd and applied for a refund on the 5th and it has been 7 days with no email back on them reviewing my refund.

Preliminary review. Made an order on the 1/12/25 and still have had no email to say it has been shipped (now the 12th December) - so can’t say I’m best pleased. We’ll see how it takes them to ship.

This company's communication is DREADFUL. I ordered a CHristmas present on 24th November, still not arrived by today (12/12/25) and I email them every day. Sometimes more than once a day. And the money has left my account but I get no help at all.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS!! Especially if your out of the uk! So, i ordered a tracksuit off them on the 5th of november, two weeks later they send me half the tracksuit, which i had to pay 25€ customs fee for, i then sent them multiple emails trying to find out why ive been sent half of what ive paid for, two weeks later they get back to me apologising for being late (completely ghosted the part about sending half the tracksuit so now ive to pay double custom fees), they said it would be 3-4 WEEKS till i got the rest of my tracksuit, absolutely horrendous service, and as of today the rest of the tracksuit hasnt even been sent yet absolute scammers

I haven’t received my order. No response when I email to chase it.
