Is it a scam….!!!

Ordered goods on 8th December, expecting delivery no longer than 7 days. Sent email on day 8, received reply yesterday saying goods would take 1-2 weeks more….

If the goods don’t arrive before Monday I will be cancelling the order and expect my refund immediately.!!

I won’t be holding my breath, as they aren’t the best at communicating..!!

I’d avoid them if you can.
Still not convinced it’s not a scam..!! We shall see 😳

Terrible delivery process

Terrible delivery process, I’ve been waiting 1 month for clothes I’ve ordered for my son for Christmas. I was expecting them to arrive within he 3-5 days they had promised yet they still haven’t been shipped out. I have also messaged them on multiple occasions asking why the packaging and delivery process has taken so long, yet they haven’t replied to my emails or messages. Absolutely terrible customer service and zero communication with a customer, do not buy from here.

No item, no communication no update stay away!…

Sorry I’ve received a email to say leave a review but haven’t even received my item or had a response or update on my item ordered 10 days ago… shocking company never order from here again only did as my son really wanted a tracksuit for Christmas which now I’ll clearly not get! Disappointed and quite disheartened if honest. Stay away

Never received my order!!!

Ordered from the on the 28th November. It’s now the 17th December and haven’t as much received a dispatch email from them. They don’t reply to emails. They are actively posting on Tik Tok however!! It’s crazy that a company can get away with treating people like this! Really wish I had read reviews before purchasing

So I got an email asking me to leave a review for the purchase I made, I placed my order in the 1st December and I have not received it, I think before asking me to leave a review that you sent me what I ordered? I have emailed and have got no response - will never use this company again

Scammers

They don’t reply to any of your emails or get in contact with you at all I have been waiting for one tracksuit for three weeks and have still heard nothing there scammers do not recommend.

I placed an order on the 29/11/25 but still not received it!
I have emailed 3 times now but am not getting any reply from them. It was a gift for my son’s birthday which has now passed so i really need it for a xmas gift.
I’m not happy

I wish I could give this company zero…

I wish I could give this company zero stars. My adult son ordered joggers 8 wks ago, no communication, no email updates just took the money and still no goods. Stupidly in the midst of this (I wasn’t aware they hadn’t bothered to send the first joggers out) I ordered my teenage son a £150 tracksuit for Christmas. Not at any point did it say there is a delay, or the item is out of stock, but surprise surprise in drops the generic email update saying that there is high demand and a delay on the order. So I email & to date there has been zero response. Honestly this company is a huge con! we are a week off Christmas & somehow expected to replace a present for £150 because this company is advertising goods that are simply not available.
