Ordered 2 items for Christmas and still no update on my orders other than a generic email stating there is a delay in shipping! I’ve emailed several times and have had no response.
Absolute scam!!

Only just reading reviews 😔 Ordered beginning of December and now they aren’t responding to my emails. DO NOT USE THIS SITE - ITS A SCAM

The hoodie came with a used condom in the right pocket with a note on the left pocket that says “I want your Willy” which is disgusting and horrific and took 3 months to come I will not be purchasing from here again.

emailed them so I can return my hoodie for a bigger size and they haven't got back to me since. It's been two weeks since I've emailed them.

Ok, so the Jeans were delivered but to the wrong address. I updated 'Shop' with my new address but for some reason they chose to use my old one. I asked Nosauce to change the delivery details, which they did but DPD didn't get the memo. I had to collect from my old address, luckily the guy in my old place was great and helped out.

So, the reason for the two starts is that I tried to make contact with Nosauce to inform them that DPD had been given the wrong address. Till the time of writing this no one has replied or even seen my messages, as far as I can tell.

I understand that new businesses can have great difficulty in managing success as this brand is clearly very popular with the youth, but, in all honesty, whoever is on the Ops end of this should work as hard as they can to make it as great as they can.

Order submitted on 24th of Nov. Have emailed several times, one response on 5.12.25 to say shipping would be 2-3 weeks- nil since. This was supposed to be a birthday gift for the end of November and now a christmas gift, still nothing.
No response to emails. No tell number to call. Lots of negative reviews which i only seen after ordering.
£140 for a tracksuit which i don’t have. Disgraceful.

The only communication received from this company was the order confirmation. Despite numerous emails to them trying to get a tracking number of confirmation of despatch, I have received not one response.
Will NEVER use this company again!

Made an order and have not received it in over a month. No communication, no refund, nothing.

Item doesn’t arrive & you’ll never get a response. 2 weeks since order. Looking at reviews on their Instagram this is the norm. Clearly a scam do NOT order from them. I’m hundreds of pounds down.

Scam website. Ordered product which never arrived and they never answer messages. Do not use.

I have placed two orders total £250 and not received anything. I have tried contacting them several times including Instagram and no response. This is a scam company. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM

Ordered the no sauce black puffa on the 28th November, Black Friday, It’s now 21st December and I’m still awaiting shipping. I’ve emailed no sauce and they haven’t responded to

I ordered on 6 December - had an email
to say that they are behind with deliveries and since heard nothing despite emailing and messaging. Very disappointing.

Placed an order on 28th November, still waiting and no communication from nosauce despite reaching out to them numerous times! Absolute disgrace of a company!

Asking for a review on an item Iv not even received yet ordered on 1st dec and still not been shipped yet and not responding to emails

i ordered my teenage son a tracksuit on 25 th November, still waiting for it its been 3/4 weeks now and i have sent emails on all different platforms and no response, really not impressed to be honest, and if it doesn’t arrive before christmas, i will not be buying from here again

Still waiting for my order which was ordered in Black Friday sales, emailed with no response either. Xmas presents too ☹️

I am still waiting for my order. Having emailed twice I have still not had a response. Such poor customer service

Ordered goods on 8th December, expecting delivery no longer than 7 days. Sent email on day 8, received reply yesterday saying goods would take 1-2 weeks more….

If the goods don’t arrive before Monday I will be cancelling the order and expect my refund immediately.!!

I won’t be holding my breath, as they aren’t the best at communicating..!!

I’d avoid them if you can.
