My experience with the site was exceptional and looking forward to receiving my goods, just hoping it is as described.

Ordered a top/trouser set for my wife. took a while to arrive - product was OK but not suitable. Trying to return it is where the scam starts - it has to go to Italy and with a carriage and duty cost of £31.00 to try and recover a cost of £40.00+ just not worth the administrative grief.
Do not use this company and protect your mental health.

Delivery took 13 days instead of the promised 5-8, and the products were a complete disappointment. The quality is poor, the sizing is absurdly inaccurate, and the print colours are nowhere near what’s shown on the website.

This brand presents itself as a premium, all-natural boutique, when in reality, it feels like a cheap drop-shipping operation - misleading delivery times, shadiness surrounding where they’re actually based, and laughably inflated prices for such low-quality goods.

To top it all off, customers are expected to pay for expensive overseas returns. Save your money and shop elsewhere.

UPDATE: Pleased to say my bank granted me a full chargeback of £72! If you’ve had a similar experience with this company, I strongly encourage you to request a chargeback from your card provider. I believe it helped that I stayed factual and described everything in detail. I hope this helps others get their money back too!

I think the outfits look very elegant I’m hoping I get my before I gi away in a week.

The purchase was straight forward, however I didn’t realise my purchase was coming from the US until after I had purchased my item.

Update from a previous review written on day 20 post order: Item delivered on day 24 post order.The 'linen' blose is remarkable for no manufacturing label- tag and no country of origin but it did have a tag for size, washing instruction and fabric content. I question that garment is 100% linen based on fabric thinness, feel, and barely any wrinkling after wash. The workmanship is okay. I definitely overpaid and glad I used PayPal to protect PHI. I continue to think North Fashion engages in deceptive-scam practices on several levels (starting with info on the website). Buyer Beware!

North fashion sells good quality clothes with good finish from good materials. The staff are very helpful, they respond immediately to querries. I recommend their clothes to all.

DO NOT order from this company !!! Material is dreadful, not what it said it was & DONT even mention the return process !!! Absolute scammers !!!

The sizing is all over the place, top fit was ok, the pants were way to small, I could send them back at my expense and get a voucher for an exchange. Or a discount for a new order if I don't return the order. I can't wear what I ordered. bigger size still wouldn't work.

This a company which delivers EXACTLY what is says, sizes, fabrics, fit and looks.

I ordered a 2-piece outfit and a blouse. I wear a size 10 and I carefully reviewed the sizing guide for the U.S. where I live. This indicated I needed a large which seemed odd since I could also wear a small top. I thought about this quite a bit and know that manufacturer's sizing can be different than others. So I ordered the large. Boy, the blouse was absolutely huge on me. The end of the cuffs almost came to my fingertips. The top for the 2-piece was also too big. I bought this in the U.S. and to return it I have to send it back to Italy!! Communication between customer service was good but not all information was provided to mail back to Italy. BEWARE OF SIZING!!!

Great customer services - questions answered promptly. Products well made and true to size

Items didn’t fit/suit, returned to Italy! Followed all instructions, package refused & returned. Customer service now radio silent. Do not recommend
