Extremely helpful staff but!!!
Trying to return the item I purchased was horrific.
Although the top was posted to me from within the UK , it has to be returned to Italy which costs a small fortune.
Don't buy from this company.

I love ❤️ the shirt and the fabric. I also love that the sleeves fit perfectly - no need to roll them up. I would love to receive swatches of the colors so that I could order more. Looking forward to receive the army green, as well. Great customer service, also I sent a question via chat & it was answered promptly. Thank you.

On July 16, I saw a blouse and trouser combo online and went on TrustPilot to spot any reviews. There were none so I ordered. The following day I got an email from North Shore Fashion saying my order had not gone through so I did it again. Then I found two payments of £42.60 on my bank account so contacted the company to say there had been a mistake as I only ordered one set of clothes. A flurry of emails from one of their staff informing me, incredibly, that the bank must have made a mistake with the extra amount! She was adamant they had only the one order from me. Fast forward to delivery day and lo, I received two packages with identical garments inside.

I photographed them and said I was so irritated at the way they had dealt with this matter I decided to return both garments. Though the clothes were sent from Newcastle (but I discovered, made in China), they had to be returned to Italy and the company expected buyers to pay postage of £30! I again went on TrustPilot and found the reviews - under the name North Shore Store - and there were so many like me fuming about this.

Today I received an email: “We have thoroughly checked the information, and we can confirm that we indeed received two separate orders from you for the same item.” So she hadn’t thoroughly checked before? Note: no apology.

I have lost £84 and don’t want to gamble another £30 so will not return two lots of clothes because I won't get the refund like others on this site, Lesson learned though. I am reporting North Shore Fashion to the UK’s Trading Standards which can investigate rogue companies and can stop them trading. I am also warning against North Shore on social networks and a network of relatives and friends. I hope others will do the same as we need to fight back. If I could give them no stars I would.

Ordering the item was easy. Just waiting for the delivery date of the goods.

Excellent product and customer service , delivery took longer than anticipated

The item delivered was torally unsuiteable. When I tried to return it, I was told it had to be returned to Italy despite the return address on my packsge being Cannock, UK. The cost of postage and customs fees amountrd to £35. I paid £40 for the item, decided there was no point to get £5 refund. I think the responses to several Emails I wrote was AI, so no perdonal redponses. I am very unhappy with this firm and would discourage other people to use them.

When I saw the blouse advertised and decided to purchase one, the website was easy to follow and straight forward in making the order and payment transaction.

My experience with them was great as very easy to ordered , lovely elegant high quality products in lovely packing
in fact the day I received my beautiful new shirt I plased another order for 2 dresses witch are on the way to me

It was easy. the details concerningmy order made it easy.

easy to use website good quality products

Delivered late, did not fit, looked like hospital scrubs, poorly made with a hole in pocket.
I followed returned policy.
Garment would cosy £32.10 to return to ITALY, when it was sent from England. Garment only cost £41.
This is a SCAM. Do but from this company.

Products are well made and a good product range. Will order again.

Bad quality. Advertised as not creasing but arrived creased. Odd shape. Cannot imagine it would fir anybody. Bad returns policy. Cost of return over £30.
Do not buy from them

Lovely quality and fit of matching tops and trousers. Friendly and helpful customer service

Hopeless return system. Totally failed to make contact on any email address provided. All emails bounced back. Asked for photos which were not possible to attach. Wasted nearly £40 and hours of time and endless agro! Be warned!

I was very impressed by the responses I received from Olivia your representative She was very helpful and responded very quickly to my queries.
Also I am pleased with the garments I ordered and your packaging of the goods.

Return at your own expense…to Italy! Clothes are chintzy, fit small. Very very disappointing.
