Northern Garms Reviews 

Pretty average I'd say. I've been trying out all sorts of different brands lately - Legend London, Bee Inspired, Blakely, Northern Garms, Tailored Athlete, Adidas, Nike etc & I've bought cargos from most of them.

Regarding my cargos from Northern Garms (Jacob Cargo Trouser), while they look ok, the quality isn't comparable to the others. The zips JUST DON'T WORK. They're too stiff & yet flimsy. Mine has literally ripped in half (I'd share the photo proof if I could).

On the same order, I bought a hoodie which was originally £50 - It was on offer for half price & I think the half price should've been the RRP.

Quality is ok at best.

Second order from this company now and very very pleased with everything. Order x2 trousers, perfect fit and taper, lightweight material so perfect for summer.

Customer service quickly replied when there was a problem with placing the order, which resolved itself. Very polite as well.

After reading through the reviews, there seems to be some issues with the quality of some items, so I will check back after a few wears and washes. Last items from 6 months ago are still like new, so should have no issues.

Keep up the good work guys! Build up those long-term customers with the same good quality! :)

They should communicate upfront, that they ship out of the UK. Ordered sweat pants, and their sizing is completely off. Pants are 2 sizes smaller than from a US brand. Tried to return, have to pay for shipping to the UK. Besides thats its annoying to do the paper work at USPS, shipping costs nearly as much as the sweats. Will trash the product instead. They should not be selling to the US, if they don't have figured out US logistics.

I'm just new to them but already have bought twice already quality and fit are second to none very impressive so far.

Tracksuits the last 6 month have been awful I have spent an absolute fortune online in this shop…. Tracksuits are all bobbly and end up looking like a ten pound tracksuit material has been awful recently … do not advice anyone to buy buy them as I said after a few washes it looks like a tracksuit u would buy in pound land

I've ordered few Northern Garms quite a few times now and everything I've bought has always been high quality and comfortable. Shipping speed has has always been reasonable from their location to mine. I would definitely keep coming back as customer.

Black Sherpa from Northern Garms is super stylish and good quality material. Keeps you warm and looks good. Had so many compliments from family and friends. Easy to order on-line and delivery was within days. Thanks NG and will be ordering some more items

I'm from the US and usually things take a while to get here but the two sweat suits I ordered got here pretty quickly. They're easily my favorite set of sweats I wish it was fall/winter still so i could have a reason to wear them every day.

I'm 5ft 8in normally I walk around at 187lbs but I've been cutting for my MMA fight and I'm around 160lbs and small bottoms and a large top still fit comfortably.

Strange pair of keks these. Poor quality and poor fit. Look like something MC Hammer would have worn, but wouldn't now. Proper Cacka. Makes Primark look top end.

Terrible quality. Garment tore at the drawstring on my first use of it. I then had to chase up the refund because they were slow to do this. They then only refunded me the item cost, not shipping, so I had to chase up the shipping refund. I then got replies from someone who couldn't speak English properly and couldn't get my name right. Still waiting on postage refund.

Really poor quality garment. Considering price point one would assume a level of robustness. One wear outdoors which includes a car journey resulted in the seatbelt marking the fleece.

Customer service was average as they acknowledged the damage but said it wasn’t a quality issue. As a resolution I was offered an exchange, but the item I had originally bought was sold out. I was then given a choice of what they had left in stock and as a result, I ended up with something I didn’t really want and in the wrong size as they had sold out of XL’s on most items. Would’ve preferred my money back…

They even said that they’d be adding a disclaimer to the website stating not to wear if you plan to use a seatbelt!

Took a punt on an instagram company and lost. Would avoid and stick to known brands that use quality material and are built to last.

i paid for block hoody that look amazing after washing on its own on right temp i dried it hanging in airing room then putting the top on the name of the company peeeling off be carful bying from
them they charged to return thing are not even open i lost ten pound sending a small top bk and a ruined hoody cuz northern gram peeled off in 48 hour i know more people have had this problem but never report it but im warning people never trust then they look desperate to keep
money over there faulty clothing

Love the products, the brand is great. I had an issue at one point but the customer service team were amazing and so responsive. Would definitely recommend this brand to others

I’ve been visiting and using products from NPG since they opened and the quality just keeps on getting better and better.

I recently upgraded my uniform and Jules has done a fantastic job, quick turnaround, high quality and I’ve had so many positive comments!

Visiting the shop I’m always greeted by a smile from Jules and Deb and made to feel welcome. They really listen to what I am after and always go above and beyond my expectations.
