Been buying my shoes and ordering them to Dubai since 2019 and am in love with the brand
I really enjoy the stylishness and comfort of the north 89 shoes and also the perfect shoes for even in summer in Dubai .
Luckily it never rains but I have traveled with them to Europe and they have been just better

Most comfortable shoes and flawless customer service
Most amazing shoes! I get so many compliments for them and I had the best experience with the customer service team when I needed help to exchange my pair. They went above and beyond in explaining their products and sizing and in helping me with the purchase flow.

Absolutely the worst customer service
Absolutely the worst customer service. Have been trying to contact them through email, chat and Instagram for the last 3 weeks and no reply. Have not received my order and don’t know how to claim this.
Terrible shoes and Customer service
Ordered shoes, they arrived and then proceeded to break within 2 months of light wear (probably wore them 10+ times).
I contacted Customer service and they proceeded to "promise" they would fix the problem, and just repeatedly ignored me.
Its now over a year later and I still havent received any news from them, they seem insistent on simply promising to fix the issue and then just ignore me and hope I go away.
Poor quality shoes, awful quality customer service.

Worst online shopping experience
By far the worst online shopping experience I ever had. Waited a month to get the shoes. „Customer Support“ needs almost a week to answer, but only if you remind them after a few days you sent your request. Unfortunately, I need to send the shoes back, and again, I’m waiting almost a week now to get a return label. Price of shoes does not relate to the quality, e.g. traces of glue on the leather.

Very bad experience. I received the shoes ridiculously late after several attempts to get in touch with them. No response either in chat or email. But the worst thing is that I received a different model!!! And of course no response from the service center. No professionalism. Never again

The shoes look great but given the marketing for being out doors and ready for anything they aren’t. Soles and stitching are way too short lived for the price tag. Shame as they look great. Was thinking of getting them refurbed as so expensive…

Utterly hopeless when it comes to return. I have sent some back, have had zero word of receipt and now won’t respond to emails or chats. And no way of phoning them.

Without a doubt the worst experience I've ever had with a pair of shoes. I bought the shoes in March 9th, April 1st I enquired where they were and said I would request a refund if I heard nothing back, and they replied saying shipping soon. I said please cancel. They didn't. So I got charged. Then, April 20th I am told its 'on its way'. I received my shoes, they didn't fit. I returned them. July 31st I come home and they have been rejected - gone to Portugal and come back. No one at North 89 is replying. No contact number. No response. Nothing.
Beware of North-89.com shoes!
Beware of this seller! North-89.com does not have serious customer service. Shoes were reported due to a strong smell of glue and returned unused. After more than 30 emails to North-89, a few emails were answered with no success for a refund. PayPal has now been turned on for conflict resolution. North-89 (Gustaf Secher) appears to be illegally withholding money from buyers. That will not happen!

The item I received was 2 sizes too big as a standard UK 10. I sent the item back in original packaging and correct return form slips. They have received the parcel and I am yet to receive a refund 6 weeks later. I have emailed them three times, sent them an instagram message with no reply. I'm being completely ignored. Definitely taking matters further now to get my money back.
Stay away from this company
Stay away from this company. I did not receive the same item that was pictured. I had to work very hard to get customer service to respond and address what happened. It took multiple follow ups to finally get a refund for a mistake on their side. Very unprofessional, do not order from here.
Their website asked me for a review and I posted an honest one. Of course they did not post it to the website which is why I'm posting here now. Do not buy from here.
