Sometimes works, sometimes doesn't. Sometimes prevents me from logging in manually. Sometimes remembers hundreds of obsolete passwords. Sometimes suggests new passwords instead of auto-filling a password field or doesn't do anything at all. Generally takes me much longer to login than I feel is reasonable. Generally not an improvement in my workflow

Installed it a few days ago. It is saying authorization not provided. I can't log in. I can't get into the accounts I need to as now the passwords are in nordpass. Stressful. Waste of time.

Disappointing stability for this app. When trying to access the password locker the app gives the message Authorization header not provided. Raised with support and they acknowledge the app does not work.

Nordpass SUCKs. if you get 429 error forget it your passwords and access to your account is gone.
I was hit with a permanent 429 error that locked me out of my NordPass account. It is not a device or IP issue because I can still log in to other Nord accounts from the same computer. The problem is clearly account based.
The worst part is that I followed Nord’s own help article, which told me to change my password while I still had access on one computer. That turned out to be a huge mistake. As soon as I changed it, NordPass logged me out everywhere. I lost access on every computer and phone, and I hadn’t exported all my passwords yet.
Since then, support has been useless. Every reply just points back to the same online documentation that caused the problem. There is no escalation, no phone support, and no actual fix. It feels like my account has been soft banned by their own servers with no way to clear it.
This is not user error. It is a serious design flaw in how NordPass handles authentication. If your account gets flagged, you will lose access to your own vault and there is nothing you can do about it.
I will be moving to another password manager where real support exists and I can get help from an actual person. NordPass needs to fix this 429 account lockout issue before more users lose their data.

I tried Nordpass last year and had issues. Came back again using their website to add Nordpass, directly below their sign up button is the statement 30 Day Money Back guarantee. I had problems getting started and tried support, 24/7 chat line was not available all weekend. Email reset requests were not responded to. Monday morning finally got someone on a chat, started 2 hours ago and all they have done is give me the run around. " I am not entitled to a refund" "You already have 2 refunds" Not true for Nordpass. They will not speak to me in person. I have asked for a manager many times. I get a co worker, not a manager. They don't have a supervisor! (Roadblock) After 2 hours they have posted a ticket number and said I will be contacted by email, they did not respond to previous email using their website link to email support. I will not try anything from Nord again. No stars from me. Lemons if possible.

The products themselves (NordPass/NordLayer) are technically solid and work well. However, our experience with their business practices has been concerning.
We signed a multi-year bundled contract at an agreed-upon discounted rate per license. Months later, when adding more licenses to our existing contract, Nord Security refused to honor the agreed-upon rate.
Their justification was that the discount was only for the "initial purchase" and that their own written proposal had "expired"—despite it being the basis for our active multi-year agreement.
The issue for us isn't the minor cost difference but the broken trust. For a fast growing business like us, that expects vendors to act as reliable partners, this is a major red flag.
Bottom Line: The technology is good, but the business practices are not. If you expect to grow your team size over time then you should be clear that their prices (unexpectedly and intransparently so) become more expensive over time.

I love NordPass. I've been using it for my personal passwords, email aliases and monitoring for over a year and it's been amazing.
I previously used LastPass and it wasn't great. NordPass has been a different experience all together.

Sometimes Nordpass just fails to react to a log in request.. Like now . I open ebay and usually the little green upsidedown smile will appear click on it and the log in details appear. shutting down the computer and restarting seemed to be the solution .

NordPass Is a Waste of Time and Money...NordPass is one of the most frustrating password managers I’ve ever used. The account system is a nightmare if you have multiple Nord services... you can’t merge them, leaving you with constant login headaches. The app itself is buggy, clunky, and unreliable; I’ve had passwords fail to sync or even disappear.
Customer support is useless, offering copy...and paste replies instead of real solutions. For the price they charge, the service feels cheap and unfinished. There are far better options like ...Bitwarden or 1Password. Save yourself the hassle and avoid NordPass... Total ....waste ....of your time and money...plus... unless customer service = future disaster ...

I have to update my review as the app and extension have been just terrible with firefox lately. no more prompts for saving log-in details, for auto-fill, no more display of the NordPass icon on pages, etc. I did not do any change to my system config and all apps are up to date. Already had many, too many, back and forth fruitless exchanges with client support team. Highly disappointed not only by the tool itself, by the support received as well as by the lack of consideration of Nord in this matter as compatibility issues with Firefox have been a recurrent source of issues. The clock is ticking before my next renewal. No more feedback from client support. I add 1 star after I managed to get it back to work - full uninstall and reinstall, inconvenient

Yet another useless Password Manager, same issues as with former manager LastPass. Use it for a while and then it stops accepting your master password. Which is all good and well since very few of its features worked on a consistent basis, auto fill some information but leaves out others. It would fill out name, street address and leave out city, state, the try again on another site and fill in credit card number but not expiration date. The app would not fill in information on its own website. The last straw was not accepting “master password” after a month or two. I have tried 3 different password managers and NONE of them came close to working correctly. I give up on password managers all together…

I spent hours using NordPass to regenerate hundreds of passwords using my iPad.
Only to discover that when the NordPass app is used on my Samsung S21 Android 15 phone, it fails in its fundamental task of populating username & password fields. It also fails to populate credit card details.
Basically it just doesn't work.
The only way I can now use my phone to log into anything is to get the login page up on Chrome, open the NordPass app and copy the username, go back to Chrome and paste it, then back to NordPass, copy the password and back to Chrome to paste it!
The support team seem to be at a complete loss as to how to provide a fix. I've been trying to work with them for 2 weeks (ongoing ticket numbers 19446159 & 19438329) to no avail. I'm certain I'm not the only one with this issue.
That in itself is bad enough, but..
This next part is outrageous. If you use this software & spend hours updating hundreds of your passwords, only to find it fails as above, beware!!
WHEN USING THE NORDPASS APP ON ANDROID OR AN IPAD/IPHONE, THERE IS NO WAY TO EXPORT A FILE OF YOUR PASSWORDS TO USE IN AN ALTERNATIVE PASSWORD MANAGER.
One that actually works on Android.
I am told you can only produce an export file using their software on a desktop computer. Personally, I haven't used one of those for years.
Their only response to the lack of an export facility is, “Sorry for the inconvenience”.
How the Nord Security Group can abuse their customers good faith and trick them into their passwords becoming trapped in the NordPass software is truly shocking. If this is a limitation of the apps (and I see no good reason why it should be as long as the user understands that their passwords would be in a decrypted file which should be properly deleted when finished with), it needs to be flagged up, front and centre.
They offer a 30 day refund, but your passwords are stuck, you'd have to move them manually and this would take further hours and hours of effort.
Even if the software did work and you wished to switch away from NordPass to an alternative at any point in the future, you couldn't. You'd still have to go through the process manually.
After 2 weeks of getting nowhere, I finally made a request to escalate the issues to the Nordpass management team. Sadly, this was met with thinly veiled sarcasm which has prompted this review.
It's honestly been a shocking experience and certainly not one I was expecting from a supposed leader and a well known name in Cyber Security.

I used the app for over a year and was very happy with it. So much so that I decided to 'upgrade' to a family plan so my Wife could start using it also. I didn't think twice about it until I checked my account and saw both the premium plan the family plan active. As I thought this was an upgrade I expected the premium plan to be changed to the Family plan and the remaining time on the premium plan would be deducted from the price or refunded. I got onto online chat (which I have to say was quick and efficient) and was informed that It is not and upgrade but rather a second plan and they cannot refund the original premium plan because it is past 30 days from its purchase. Personally I do not think this is right. Be aware that if you do really like the app as I did and you decide to 'Upgrade" the plan then you will not actually be upgrading but buying a second plan. I have asked the chat operator to escalate the matter so we will see what happens.
