Beware. This is a classic bait and switch scheme. I purchased access to an app for 30 dollars. I received my “welcome” email on May 9th. There was no mention of a recurring charge. For exactly 3 days I received multiple emails trying to upsell me, then nothing, no reminders, no support. Probably because I didn’t upgrade, which was beyond my budget. Needless to say, life happened, illness happened. I didn’t even use the app beyond setting it up because there was no follow up or support. On August 3, I woke up to a charge of almost $160 dollars. No email or text warning of this. I had to find and reupload the app, and it was difficult to find where to cancel it. I was eventually able to. I sent an email to customer support explaining the situation and received what is probably an automated message with a fake name telling me there was nothing they could do, as “I truly wish I had a different answer, but I’m not able to process a refund for this charge. Under our policy for digital services, subscription renewals are final once processed, and I’m unable to override that.” I asked if there was someone else that this could be escalated to, and I basically received the same message back with a couple words changed. I scoured the app for any mention of their “non-introductory” fee was, no luck.
There are many comparable apps that are a fraction of the cost of this one. At $160 for 3 months, that’s approximately $53 a month. Absolutely ridiculous. Almost twice what I pay for a gym membership with machines, pool, sauna, steam room, exercise classes, whirlpool. Furthermore, the company that owns or runs this app is not in the US, so you cannot file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

Basically a scam.
Sign up for free, takes payments by stealth with no notice, and initially refuses to refund. My elderly Mother wasn’t even aware she had subscribed. £128 per month!
Please persist with your bank or payment provider to get a refund - they cannot show evidence that you actively opted in to the subscription.

Avoid at all costs ! Offer a discounted introductory offer then without warning charge an £80 monthly renewal fee. Product is at best average and not worth £10 per month. The introductory offer is clearly to con people as the product has no substance. Be warned avoid these con artists at all costs !

I made what I believed was a one-time purchase of a program through Nordletics' Instagram ad, for 18.47 EUR. Nowhere in the checkout process did I knowingly agree to a recurring subscription — I wanted to try a single program, nothing more.
A month later, I was charged 92.48 EUR without any warning, confirmation email, or renewal notice. I never authorized this transaction.
When I contacted their support to request a refund, they refused, pointing to a clause buried in their Terms & Conditions stating that purchases automatically convert into a subscription. This was never made clear at the point of sale, and I would never have agreed to it had I known.
If you're considering a purchase from Nordletics, be extremely careful. Read every line of their T&Cs before entering your card details, screenshot the checkout page, and consider using a virtual card or asking your bank to block future charges. I'm now going through my bank to dispute the charge.
I'm sharing this so no one else gets caught out the way I did.

Do not sign up for this fitness app. It does not make it clear that it is going to auto renew nor does it make it obvious how much that auto renew is going to cost. After not having used the app at all as I did not like all the up selling trying to get you to sign up for personal trainers and diet plans. At the end of the discounted period first I knew was I got a text billing alert from my credit card for £70.00. I managed to find how to cancel the subscription but even after talking to there customer services team who admittedly get back really quickly. I was unable to gain a refund.
Do Not use this app..

UPDATE – August 4, 2026
I believe in being fair and honest. After publishing this review, Nordletics contacted me again, reopened my case, and carefully reviewed it.
I am happy to say that they decided to issue me a full refund of 158.94 USD.
I sincerely thank Donovan Keigh, the management team, and the entire Nordletics support team for taking the time to review my case fairly and for resolving it positively.
Because the company has now resolved my issue in good faith, I wanted to update my review so that everyone can also see the positive outcome.
Thank you for your professionalism and customer care.
I subscribed to Nordletics in May 2026 after seeing an Instagram advertisement.
I used the app for only one day and never used it again.
I had completely forgotten about the subscription and had absolutely no idea that an annual renewal of 158.94 USD would be charged.
As soon as I noticed the payment, I immediately contacted support and requested both cancellation and a refund.
Nordletics cancelled my subscription immediately, which clearly shows that I had no intention of continuing to use the service.
I explained that this amount is very important for my family and asked only for a one-time goodwill exception because I barely used the service.
Unfortunately, my request was refused several times without considering my individual situation.
I sincerely hope Nordletics management will review my case fairly and help me with a refund.
