I purchased a Nordletics programme in May for approximately £22. I believed I was making a one-off purchase.
I was therefore shocked to discover a charge of £118.52 taken from my account. I had not understood that my £22 purchase had enrolled me into a subscription that would result in a payment of this amount, and I certainly would not knowingly have agreed to a £118.52 monthly subscription.
I also cannot find any email from Nordletics notifying me in advance that £118.52 was about to be taken.
I contacted Nordletics immediately, cancelled the subscription and requested a refund. Their response was that they had cancelled future renewals but refused to refund the £118.52 already taken, stating that because it is a digital service, charges are final once activated and processed.
I have now formally disputed this and asked Nordletics to provide evidence showing exactly where, during my original £22 purchase, the recurring subscription and subsequent £118.52 charge were clearly disclosed to me.
I am posting this because I would hate for someone else to have the same experience. If you are considering buying one of their lower-priced programmes, please check very carefully what you are agreeing to and whether your purchase includes an ongoing subscription and future charges.
I will update this review if Nordletics resolves the matter and refunds the £118.52.

I was charged £15.80 on 9/7/2026 and received nothing in return so tried to contact the company but no response. Paypal finally told me last week that the “transaction is ineligible to PayPal’s Buyer Protection! I have just been charged another £79.11 today and the company actually responded to say I am not entitled to a refund of either amount. MOST DISSATISFIED - should be an option to give NO Stars!
