Problem fixed.
I had some problems with my back and it was fixed. I was given professional help through exercises and the video calls were perfect for that.

I tried using Nordic Netcare through my private health insurance for physiotherapy sessions. Initially, they only offered me their “PhysCoach” service, which only offers e-consultations. One of their representatives even claimed that “physiotherapy with massage isn’t a thing anymore”—clearly because it’s cheaper for them. I had to complain to my insurance provider just to be referred to a real, in-person physiotherapist.
They told me they collaborate with the clinic recommended by my doctor, but after paying the bill, I was only partially reimbursed. I was then informed that they only cover a portion of the cost because I chose that particular clinic—something I was never told beforehand. Later, they offered me to switch to another clinic so I wouldn’t have to pay, but by then I had already started my consultations and treatment.
In the end, I spent more time on the phone with my insurance and Nordic Netcare than I actually spent receiving physiotherapy.
I have been working as a therapist for many years. Nordic netcare pay their therapists the least of all insurance companies. Just a heads up if you decide to go for this company as a patient.
Always helpful, friendly, and supportive!
I highly recommend 😃
Hi
Going through Nordic Netcare via my company health insurance. I am facing an issue caused by both their professionalism and by Elite Fysioterapy employee who made an error. Now the results is none of them are taking their responsibilities and I have to pay a huge additional payment which was never clearly said. So I would not recommend this company as well as Elite Fysioterapy.
Super god service og forståelse for mit problem. Mbh Christina
