As a Raynaud's disease sufferer a year ago I was searching for a solution to my problem of not being able to go outside when the temperature falls below 12 degrees Celsius as my fingers turn blue.
NORDIC HEAT, DENMARK is the solution! I purchased a pair of their rechargeable battery glove liners which can be worn under a normal pair of gloves (if you wish).
The gloves have three settings adjusted by pressing the button on the cuff of the gloves. Low, Medium and high. By using the gloves on low I have been able to stay outside for 5 hours. This has given me the opportunity to go to a Christmas Market and many walks. I cannot stress enough how the gloves have improved my quality of life.
Previously I have brought heated gloves from Amazon and have been very disappointed when they have failed with a wiring fault at 10 months of purchase. I have now had the Nordic Heat gloves for 13 months. The down side is I had to pay EU postage tax to get them into the UK but it was definitely worth the cost.
I recently had to contact Nordic Heat regarding an after sales question. Their customer service is superb. When I purchased the gloves I emailed them with questions about the warranty (two years) and which size I should order. Nordic Heat emailed me back and helped answer my questions. The recent query in November of this year (2023) was dealt with efficiently and with excellent communication. They telephoned me from Denmark in the evening to discuss my query in detail.
Excellent service and the product is made extremely well and I will definitely buy from them in the future. My only negative comment is I wish they had a UK supplier so that there are no EU postal costs.
