I was very happy with the first month…

I was very happy with the first month of service with Nooro; I had a specialist call and advise me on how to best use the lights and the treatment pens. Unfortunately I tried to reach back after a month or two and got no response. I'm still using the treatments with marginal success. Maybe I could see better results with some more counseling?

The Footpad Massager, A Birthday Gift, for a Neuropathy Sufferer

The Footpad Massager was a gift to my bro-in-law who is suffering from Neuropathy. He says that he is feeling the vibes up through his calves & he sleeps better after using it twice a day. Sometimes when his feet are filled with pain, he uses it a third time & says that the pain lessons.
Your company support & understanding were wonderful. He did not want to use the gels due to skin sensitivity (was afraid to even open & give them a try) & also did not want to try the extra massagers that I bought for his legs.
Your Team was understanding, listening to the whole situation & accommodated me kindly. I plan to order another Foot Massager soon for my sister who is also super-sensitive & is unable to even find clothes that her sensitive skin may endure.

Working great!

I originally ordered the grounding mat and did not get any benefit from it, but since then I have gotten the Nooro Sumas TENS & PMS. The TENS & PMS is working out great and I can feel the action, (very soothing). Also, I’m very impressed with Nooro’s sustomer care team (Nicky). It’s rare these days to order something from a company sight unseen and for them to be so conscientious and caring in making sure that you are benefiting from their product. I really like the Nooro cervical spine…

I really like the Nooro cervical spine massager. It can be a little intense at higher settings, but I really like it set at 3 with heat. The instructions were very difficult to understand and the control buttons are very small, otherwise I really like that it relieves the tension in my neck.

The product works well but the zipper on the door won't close all the way, just a little too tight at the bottom and I don't want to break it.
