I placed an order on 5/31 and my credit card was charged then. I have not received this shipment. I asked about it today and was told it had shipped and provided me with a tracking number. It has not left the FL location! Tonight I was alerted by Bank of America that someone at Noor Hair had run my credit card twice which was declined by my credit card company. What is going on? It was already paid on 5/31. Why would they run my credit card again????? I would like my order shipped. TY

I went in to look at reviews next thing I know I get an email that my order has been placed . Then I try to cancel send emails was told couldn’t cancel by email had to go on website. Went to website it kept telling me there was no subscription. Wrote them and sent picture showing this. Then all of a sudden it shows I’m getting another order . I emailed them,now they are saying I can only be refunded one months supply. Very poor website and help .
