I'\nVe had the pleasure of consistently using your product for more than six months. I wear my hair natural , and no chemicals allowed at your product has grown here from half inch to approximately fourteen inches long. Everyone asked what product I'm using. I don't think your product addresses…
I don't think your product addresses the reason for my hair loss. I believe it to be hormonal. Took the pills regularly, but kept losing great amounts of hair. Saw my doctor and there is no medical reason for my hair loss. I used to take prescription hormones and stopped because of the monthly cost, so I believe this is causing my loss of hair.

The hair pills didn't keep my hair from…
The hair pills didn't keep my hair from shedding at all, so I reordered a supply of different pills from a different website.
I wanted to send the pills back to the company, but they'd never answer the phone or reply to my emails. I ended up throwing the pills in the garbage. I emailed them and told them to cancel my account. They didn't reply.
Three months later, they sent 3 more bottles and charged my credit card over $98.00. I want to send them back!
After sending many emails and trying to talk to someone at customer service without a single reply, I was forced to contact the fraud department at my bank.
There's no way that I'd ever recommend this product or their horrible customer service. There are much better products at Walgreens. Please don't purchase anything from them. I wouldn't want more victims to get defrauded, so I decided to warn anyone who might think of getting involved with the Noor company.

Noor Hair said they would give back 40% of the payment price if I requested it before 180 days. I contacted them at least 4
times starting March 29 and and in their reply they sounded so SINCERE in their reply that they would get right on it. I had sent the supplement bottles back in Feb. unopened. I have forgotten exactly when I finally stopped believing their LYING emails and contacted my credit card company to claim a dispute. It took getting my credit card company involved or I am sure I would not have received my refund. The company only sends back 40% of your money too. This a horrible, lying company and I will not order anything from them again. Please be aware!!

Epilog to Noor, June 22:
Before placing my order, I contacted customer service with questions and was explicitly promised a callback by email representative Ailyn. I provided a specific date and time window (June 18, after 11 AM) for this call. The callback never occurred.
When I followed up via chat to inquire whether the call was still scheduled, I was simply asked to provide another available date and time. I did not respond to that message, choosing instead to proceed with my order in good faith despite the lack of communication.
The bottom line is clear: had I been able to speak with a live representative as promised before finalizing my purchase, this negative review might never have existed. This is breakdown in basic customer service: failing to honor a committed callback is unacceptable and reflects poorly on your team's reliability.
Consider this genuine feedback and an opportunity for improvement. Your customers deserve better than broken promises and unanswered commitments. My only hope is that the product works as advertised.
WARNING: Don't let this company trick you into a subscription!
All I wanted was to try the eye cream. Instead, their website deliberately leads you down a maze of intentionally confusing information designed to hide what you're actually signing up for. Pay attention to your cart before you hit the submit button; if not, you've automatically subscribed.
Even worse, when you finally figure out how to opt-out of the subscription, BOOM....shipping fees appear out of nowhere. It's a bait-and-switch tactic disguised as customer service.
This isn't accidental; it's predatory design. Customers deserve the RIGHT to choose whether they want a subscription or a one-time purchase. Forcing recurring charges on consumers without clear consent is unethical business practice, and frankly, bordering on fraudulent.
Don't get caught in their trap. Even if the product works (which they promise), no amount of "amazing results" justifies shady enrollment tactics. Stay away unless you value your money and time more than these people do.
