Noones is a financial communication super app that brings empowerment by connecting people to the global conversation (chat) and the world’s financial system (payments). The people of the Global South will now have the ability to freely message anyone, trade different forms of payment on its marketplace, and make payments peer-to-peer — all with a Bitcoin wallet that acts as a store of value.

My account was suspended due to a fraud-related issue while I was conducting a P2P transaction. I provided all the necessary evidence and successfully proved that I was not involved in any fraudulent activity. After a total of 12 days, my account was finally restored.
During the 12-day process, the Noones team continued working for their customers, even on Saturdays and Sundays.
I would like to sincerely thank the Noones team for their assistance and for taking the time to review my case. I really appreciate their support throughout the process!
I highly recommend Noones to everyone.

My experience with Noones' dispute resolution process has been extremely disappointing. I believe disputes should be handled with fairness, impartiality, and a thorough review of all the evidence provided by both parties. Releasing Bitcoin before conducting a proper investigation undermines confidence in the platform and can lead to unjust outcomes. I respectfully urge your team to carefully examine all available evidence before making a final decision, so that users can trust the integrity of the dispute resolution process.

Do not purchase anything with paysafecard otherwise, all of their sellers (I traded with 3 of them) will deceive you. Moderators can't do anything (they are on their side because of commissions) whatsoever because all those sellers are sending funds to unipin from paysafecard which is malaysian fraudulent firm. Stay away with any trades.

Bad experience on snap X.They use your card and not pay you bitcoin and the funny thing is that you can’t go to dispute with them since it’s their system it’s far better to trade with a vendor than snap x I got scammed $600

Ticket number #58361# , i sent usdt to my fbs broker account but the broker couldn't accept the usdt due to the transaction being marked as suspicious. I asked fbs for refund and they did (checked it on blockchain transaction checker ) but it doesnt end up in my noones balance. It has been days and nothing. Tried to contact via support, they gave me ticket but nothing else.

Formal Dispute: Ticket #56844I am filing a formal corporate dispute regarding platform asset loss caused by a documented frontend system failure. During an Apple Gift Card transaction via SnapX, the platform threw active server error codes (deuQgbc6aWw, rWuTwrmGDEP, anfmQKASoaT). Frontend customer support has closed the ticket by claiming the cards are "already used," deliberately ignoring that the cards became unusable precisely because the Noones/SnapX API crashed mid-execution after taking the card data. I am requesting a formal compliance review of the backend server logs matching these specific Order IDs to verify the exact millisecond the data payload was received by your servers.

This is not the first time this has happened, and that is what makes it so unacceptable. Every time I am scammed, I receive the same response: the seller has a “strong track record,” so the coins are awarded to them. That has become the default explanation, regardless of the evidence.
The last time I lost $200, I submitted the evidence that was requested. I provided a full screen recording showing the entire process, including the gift card details, the balance, and everything necessary to verify my claim. Instead of reviewing it properly, I was asked to provide the same screen recording again, even though it had already been submitted. Then, despite having the evidence, the coins were still awarded to the seller with the same explanation about their “strong track record.”
Now it has happened again with Trade ID: ssyLPpygHjp. Once again, the evidence appears to have been ignored, and the seller’s reputation was treated as more important than the facts. That is not a fair dispute process.
A trading history should never be used as a substitute for investigating the evidence. If someone has built a strong reputation over time, that does not mean they cannot commit fraud today. By repeatedly relying on “track record” instead of objectively reviewing the evidence, Noones is creating an environment where scammers can build trusted accounts, gain buyers’ confidence, and then exploit that reputation to steal from honest users.
Gift card scammers are becoming increasingly sophisticated. Some even use manipulated or AI-generated videos to support false claims. That is exactly why every dispute should be decided on authentic, verifiable evidence, not on a trader’s past reputation. If reputation automatically outweighs evidence, then scammers know they can continue abusing the system.
From my experience, this pattern is making Noones feel increasingly unsafe for gift card trading. Honest users who provide genuine evidence are losing their money while scammers continue to benefit from decisions based on reputation rather than facts. That damages trust in the platform and sends the message that evidence does not matter if the other party has enough completed trades.
Review the evidence in Trade ID: ssyLPpygHjp thoroughly and judge the case on the facts, not on the seller’s reputation. Honest traders deserve a dispute process that is based on evidence, consistency, and fairness not one where the same “strong track record” explanation is used over and over while scammers continue to walk away with other people’s money.
