Terrible platform. I will leave a negative review and advise others to be careful. In my experience, the platform favors users with many successful trades, and I feel that my case was not handled fairly. The moderation team did not properly review the evidence, and I am very disappointed with the outcome and the quality of support provided.🤬🤬🤬🤬
Very disappointing platform, and I do not recommend dealing with it. The seller's description clearly asked buyers to record a video from the beginning of the redemption process until the end as proof. I followed these instructions exactly and submitted the full video, yet I still lost the dispute. I feel that the evidence was not properly reviewed and that the moderators did not handle my case fairly. Overall, it was a terrible experience, and I will not use this platform again.

I am deeply disappointed and frustrated with Noones. My Virtual Visa Card (ending in 7103) completely vanished from my account dashboard with my money still inside it, shortly after a top-up on May 15th.

When I contacted live chat, they admitted they didn’t know what happened and promised to escalate it to a specialized team. Instead of getting help, I received an automated email stating that my ticket (#48717) was closed—with absolutely zero explanation, answers, or tracking of my missing money.

This has completely broken my confidence in this platform. If Noones cannot securely handle or support a small amount like $15, how can anyone trust them with larger, more significant sums of money? To sweep a ticket about missing user funds under the rug is completely unacceptable and feels like a massive breach of trust.

I am currently planning to close my account. If you value your money and expect actual customer service when things go wrong, stay away.

They are claiming here that the card service is under maintenance, but it isn't. I haven't found any solution from them so far, and customer service hasn't responded to me on chat, email, or anywhere else. I feel like my money has been stolen from me

Buyer's Malicious Behavior: The buyer (AmazonKing) held my trade for over an hour while being active on/off, ignored my chats, redeemed my code into his Amazon account during that time, and then falsely claimed it was 'used before' to scam me.
The buyer provided nothing but edited screenshots. My code was completely fresh according to your own system bot. I am a Web3 developer, and I know exactly how timestamps and logs work. I demand a senior review of this case and request the escrowed BTC to be rightfully awarded to me. Do not let scammers abuse your platform."

This site is a scam. The code from my €250 gift card was stolen.

I have over 20 successful transactions with different users. Not a single negative feedback. Scammer with just 4 transactions accused me that he didn't received my payment. He admitted he received payment but claimed that it wasn't from me and sarted a dispute. I showed all evidence in the chat. I can even provide bank statements related to this transaction. The mods which are Africans believed Kenyan scammer. Just like that and ban my account. Not only from this transaction my funds are lost but my whole account from previous transaction are lost as well!!!!!. YOU SHOULD BE TAKEN TO COURT and your website should be banned. Now I can't even send them email with evidence because they restrict this as well. My account name is: TightPipefish666. All my funds from previous transactions are lost as well. The mods just stole it and I can prove it with bank statements!!!!!

Most dodgy scammers around owes me 000's and keeps asking for more money for made up fees that ive paid 20 times his association with other known scammers aswell its been dragging out over twelve months and still no refund its a straight up rip dont do busy with these scumbag mutts

Great app overall but I think there should be some upgrade that you can use to check balance on a card, a trader used my card and claimed they didn’t used it and in the end moderator awarded the dispute to them.
