The sauna is excellent, we absolutley love it and we are very glad we purchased through Nook. The customer service and installation process were a highlight it was an easy and seamless process from start to finish and the delivery guys were super quick and really helpful.

Absolutely amazing customer service and install. Love my nook sauna so much that my mum is now purchasing one.

Couldn’t be more happier in purchasing our Nook Sauna. Fabulous service, delivery on time and reliable and pleasant men delivered and built the sauna in no time. I think this is going to be the best purchase for our home.

We haven't received the Sauna as yet. At the time of purchase a required latest delivery date was made very clear and we were advised by Nook that that date could be met. 7 days of no communication from the installation team and finally after many emails to customer service Nook advise delivery will be further 2 weeks. If we had known this we would not have purchased from this company. So be warned, if you need it to by a certain date NOOK are not your people.
As an update - NOOK have cancelled the order on us. They asked for us to 'remove our review' which we will not be doing. We asked to speak with the owner and have been informed " he knows about the matter and the decision has been made as a team". We re-iterate, NOOK are NOT your Sauna people and we question the authenticity of the 5 Star reviews given our experience.
Would be a 0 star review if possible.
There reply is not factual. Before placing the order, i spoke with customer service who confirmed the date for delivery could be achieved. They chase hard for the sale with constant communication then ditch you after purchase.

We are delighted with our Nook Core one-person infrared sauna. Our sauna sessions are everything we hoped for in terms of relaxation and detoxing, and the unit is easy to assemble and looks great. Everybody at Nook Saunas has been wonderful to deal with, and whether it's sales, delivery or service, we were always given the direct number to get back to the same person, and they either pick up immediately or get back to us promptly. Great product and company.

Nook was absolutely fabulous. The installation team were lovely and quick and set up was seamless. The product is so good I have the elite single sauna. Only problem I have is my husband and I fight over who uses it 😜

The Nook Sauna was a very mindful, deliberate choice, having had a look around for about 6 months, so not an impulse buy. Customer service and communication was fantastic. I changed the delivery date 3 times and they accommodated each time. The install was about 30 minutes. After explaining the features they cleaned up. We bought the 2 person elite and have used it most days. It's fast becoming an essential component of our wellness routine. Cheers to Clare, Carolin and the team. We couldn't be happier.

From the first call which was just a general inquiry about infrared saunas, right up to the post delivery check in call, the service with Nook Saunas has been top quality. Carolin has been fantastic, her honesty when selecting the correct sauna speaks volumes about the company. She could has sold me the most expensive option but we discussed where I planned on putting my sauna and she advised what she thought would be the best sauna for the location. The saunas are great quality and work exactly as advertised, my Core 3 sauna has actually exceeded my expectations. I use it nearly daily and feel fantastic after using it.keep up the great work Nook.

The communication and delivery of our Nook single person sauna was seamless. The product has exceeded our expectations and we couldn’t be happier that we chose Nook Saunas. The installation team were brilliant also.

I bought the 2 person Nook Ultra and absolutely love it - cannot fault it and glad I paid the extra for its exceptional quality, tinted glass, fast heat up, temperature range, sound system is excellent. The fact that they deliver and set it up is why I choose Nook after comparing other brands. I cannot fault the sauna and the whole purchasing experience.. I use it after exercise for recovery and for detoxing, general wellbeing and it delivers. I feel so comfortable using it as a 1 person sauna - it would be tight for 2 adults. I have no hesitation recommending the Nook Ultra .

I had a great experience with the whole team. From the moment I ordered the sauna to when it was delivered. I live outside the metro area and everything still went smoothly. Everyone was polite that I had to deal with including the gigs that installed it. I will continue to deal with is company for accessories and services due to sales service

We still haven’t received our sauna. We placed our order on 30 May and were advised that delivery would be at the beginning of June, which unfortunately hasn’t been the case. Based on the latest update, it now appears the delivery timeframe will be closer to 6–7 weeks.

The main reason we chose Nook was because we needed the sauna before leaving overseas for 5 weeks. Had we known the delivery would take significantly longer than the 4 weeks indicated on your website and in your email communications, we likely would have purchased elsewhere.
I understand delays can happen, but the difference between the expected and actual delivery timeframe has been disappointing. I’m hoping the quality of the sauna will make up for the lengthy wait once it finally arrives.

Could not fault my experience with Nook saunas from start to finish.
We had an issue with the sauna control box after having a problem in our area with power outages, so we reported it to Nook and the next day the Nook team were on hand and fixed the problem. Fantastic customer service, l wouldn't hesitate to recommend Nook saunas to anyone looking for a great sauna experience and a great product.

Very helpful from the get go.
Delivery and installation was all on time and communication was great.
I’ve had my sauna a week and it is awesome, been in everyday and sometimes twice a day.
Only thing that would’ve made it a 5 star review - if I was able to view some of the saunas at a venue to see them in the flesh, size etc. or at least be emailed a substantial catalogue. I feel like after I made initial contact I was just kind of left to following my nose by looking at instagram posts etc. Not complaining at all though, just a bit of constructive criticism. All in all I’m very happy

We purchased the 2 person sauna about 1 year ago and it has been amazing! I have a muscle wastage condition and so the sauna has been a fantastic resource in this regard.
The customer service is also fantastic and the team are so responsive and friendly. Would highly recommend for a budget friendly sauna experience.

Don’t second guess it - order your Nook Sauna!!!
The order was placed easily with helpful details on the website and also the wonderful customer service team.
The delivery was organised and well communicated; and it took 30mins to put it all together and then a full run through of the set up, systems and fun elements (lights and Bluetooth)
It has been used everyday!!!!
