I didnt recived my schoes, but they registred as I recived.they have to much problems with delivering trough UPS company, For one month ago I schould have this package in my hands , Im still waithing for. After 1 month I received schoes on 7 August they came. I am writing this on 16 Sept.

I placed an order from overseas recently, but the item never arrived, even though the scheduled delivery date passed a week ago.
I also tried contacting them, but I have received no response so far.
They have not refunded the $200 either.

Thank you for your feedback. We want to clarify the facts of this order, as the situation described here is not accurate.
Your parcel was shipped promptly. Upon arrival, customs duties were due in Japan, which are the responsibility of the recipient, this is standard for international orders and was payable at delivery. DHL made multiple attempts to reach you regarding these outstanding customs charges, but you did not respond to any of their follow-ups.
Because the duties were never paid, the parcel could not be delivered and was returned to us in Europe.
Once we received the parcel back, we processed a full refund of $200, which has already been issued to you.
There is absolutely no scam here.
