Quick response to email and fast processing of orders. Shoes were sent double boxed for protection. Recommended.

Ordered Birkenstocks for men and supposed that it would be the wide fitting model as no further info was presented in the website. The narrow fitting model was delivered. Had to pay shipping costs for returning the item although I contacted the customer service about the issue. Even the partial refund has not taken place till one week since I receive an email from them that’s on its way. I would not recommend the store.

Made my first purchase and Jordans came fast and are nice… there are some little QC flaws but thats on JB/Nike. The retailer is good, had the shoe that was sold out everywhere else. Had to pay the delivery but at least i got my Wolf Grey 5s many hors after release even tho they ws sold out everywhere. Will buy again at some point.

​I have used Noirfonce for a couple of years now, and I used to be amazed by their service.

Back when they used DHL, the delivery notifications and speed were second to none. Unfortunately, since they switched to UPS, the experience has significantly declined.

​While the notifications remain excellent, the actual delivery service is now subpar.

My most recent order sat stuck in my home country for an entire week before any movement occurred. Furthermore, unlike other vendors such as BestSecret, Noirfonce charges a fee for both initial delivery and returns, which makes the overall experience feel less customer-friendly.

​The most disappointing part, however, was the refund process. I returned a pair of sneakers simply because I didn't like how they looked in person. Out of my original €97.94 purchase, I only received a refund of €72.67.

​The breakdown they provided was frustrating:
​€8.95 was deducted for shipping, which I accept as per their policy.

​An additional €16.32 was deducted and labeled as "Tax." I live in Bulgaria which is part of Eurozone. Hence, no taxes should be charged.

​When I contacted customer support to contest this, they claimed these were "return costs." It is incredibly inconsistent that shipping to my country costs less than €9, yet the "return costs" ballooned to over €25. Their own Terms and Conditions do not mention withholding tax or additional flat return fees beyond shipping.
​It’s a shame to see a shop I once loved provide such a confusing and expensive return experience. I will be wary of ordering again until their pricing transparency improves.
