Very helpful and professional with our mortgage application.
Once they get a sniff of commission from a life insurance or will-writing upsell they won't leave you alone though. The veil drops on the professionalism once some additional commission comes into sight.

Had a really nice easy process going through the mortgage application. Felt like no work, and all queries and questions were handled promptly and in detail.

I never felt like I was being left in the dark and was always 100% up to date,

**Review:**

We were led to believe there were no red flags with our application and that we could comfortably afford a property we loved. After obtaining a DIP from NM Finance, we were encouraged to proceed with our application. However, just 24 hours later, we were unexpectedly declined. This has now left a hard check on our credit history.

The advisor we dealt with was vague and unhelpful, offering no meaningful advice other than to “get a bigger deposit” or “buy a cheaper house.” This response felt dismissive and unprofessional, especially given how emotionally invested we were in this property, which was close to family and part of an ongoing bidding war. We were made to feel as though there would be no issues with our mortgage, only to be blindsided by the decline.

Overall, we received no useful advice, no accountability, and felt misled. We would not recommend this service.

I dealt with Adam for the mortgage of our property to get from a Bridging loan onto a holiday let mortgage and he was absolutely fantastic! Due to the pressure of the timescale we were working on with the Bridging loan, I was quite anxious to ensure that everything was progressing and Adam called me when he said he would, responded to queries quickly and was just all round really good!

Neil has helped me now with 2 new mortgages and 2 remortgages and cannot thank him enough he is super helpful and the process is seamless, cannot fault it. Very happy with the service, would definitely recommend.
