Tim has been fantastic from start to finish for our mortgage application. I have little experience or knowledge in the process so was apprehensive about choosing a mortgage advisor. After suffering some health problems in the past I was beginning to think getting life insurance was near on impossible. But as mentioned above thanks to the help ,perseverance and can do attitude from Leyth and his team .I am now happy and know my family and their home is protected for the future. Fantastic service, very trustworthy, very thorough, and timely, and a great value. I have used them twice in the last couple of years (once when a purchase did not go through at the final step; and the second time when it closed). Tim and the Vita Finance team were extremely helpful and reliable to work with. Their process is very easy, transparent. Tim ran through all the options patiently, and was a great help in finding the best mortage provider and product solution for me. He was also very good at following up with the mortgage provider to ensure they completed their steps in a timely manner. I highly recommend Tim and Vita Finance! Whether buying or refinancing, they would be my first point of contact.

Fantastic service! We've used Dan in the past who was great, and more recently Russell has helped us with renewing our mortgage. He has been so patient with us and helped us wade through a few unforeseen complications along the way - something we would have struggled to tackle without his expert help.
