Jeff was the best thing that ever happened to us in real state. He was highly recommended and was able to get us approved and we were able to have the house of our dreams! Highly recommend him. Really good guy and know what he’s doing!!!

I can't say enough about Jeff and his team at Nationwide Mortgage Bankers. They handled my refinance with top notch professionalism. Terrible customer service. Waiting to speak to a mortgage advisor for longer than 30 minutes every time I have called in the last month. I have tried to call about 7 times, all at different hours with the same result.

I was advised yesterday, after waiting 35minutes to speak to somebody that I had gotten through to the wrong department. They said that they would put me through to the correct department but when quizzed about how long the queue was, they said another 30minutes+. As the time was now 16:45 and they advised that a mortgage application would take 45 minutes that there would not be time. They advised that I call back Saturday morning and advised that they are open from 08:30a.m. They even went to the bother to tell me which number to call and which options to choose but when I called Saturday morning and followed their instructions, a recorded message tells me that this department is closed.

It's a joke.

I have to say Bruce is amazing He helped me so much with questions I needed to know I was very nervous becuase it’s my first time learning how buying homes work but I have to say this man knows his stuff and is such a great help I recommend people coming to him if you need more questions he’s the guy to help 👏🏻
