your delivery was in time but difficult
your delivery was in time. However the way of delivery could be better. Packaging material was big and I had to cut the wood in pieces to be able to transport it for recycling.

Delivery on time. I also had a delivery issue where DHL only delivered 3 out of 4 items but stated they had delivered all. You immediately reacted to my email, took contact with DHL and ensured complete delivery. Well handled!

Great service with clear delivery instructions.
Have found one problem here in Belgium that electricians block them installing unless they order their own materials so bear this in mind.For this reason installation delayed so can't really comment on product or performance just yet.
