Very good service from Nkon and very good quality batteries. This is the best supplier in Europe !! i have ordered 18650's for delivery to UK and as we all know the brexit impact has kinda limited most of the trading EU-UK, but these guys went the extra mile to get the shipping sorted which was not easy at all. they kept in touch with me, giving updates about the status of the shipping process.

I ordered various batteries from NKON and the service has always been perfect. Great selection of products, quick delivery, good prices and also pre-soldered tags on the batteries on request, highly suggested store.

It arrived 3 days after I ordered it. All wrapped in cling foil (and a lot of it hahahah). It was protected super well and it came packaged in an enveloped sent through my mailbox. Everything was as expected and it arrived right on time. Used it for my Canon EOS 5000 for new years! Definitely a good price too.

Good prices. Much better than local stores and "local/national" web stores. Shipping cost is reasonable and a bit slow but ok.

Had an order return from gls to nkon because of it being wrongly processed. If that refers to gls making the mistake wasn't made apparent..nevertheless nkon was contacted about the delay but it was assumed that gls was just slow with shipping so no follow up was done. Nkon did however, to their credit, inform me about the mishap as soon as the package was returned to them. I would have expected expedited shipping for the replacement package seeing as its been a week since I placed the order but I'll have to settle with another gls delivery. Fingers crossed this order goes smoothly.

Best European 18650 provider! Stumbled upon these guys being recommended on some flashlight forums.

Skeptically ordered 14x Samsung 35E's, and opted in for the cheapest transport option which was quite slow but not annoyingly slow (around two weeks?)

The products are high quality, the prices are the lowest I could find on the European market for NEW 18650's.

Overall, I'm at my second order within a month time and I couldn't be happier with their products, store, prices and customer service!

My batteries are stuk nog there, i've bin waiting for 18 days, why does it take so long!!!

While selling the battery, they told me that I can bring it back in 14 days if I am not satisfied. Battery is really low quality and it doesn't give the same performance after the first charge. Even though I charge it based on the specification of the battery and what was told me by the seller, battery is not charged very well. I wanted to return but they don't accept. Really bad customer service. They play the card of asking the expert of the company, and of course the expert says it cannot be returned. Never ever buy anything from this shop.
