I have no idea when my watch is going to arrive, I’ve emailed multiple times over the course of 3 weeks about it and I’ve gotten no response. In the meantime though I’ve been getting promotional emails from nivada but nothing about the watch I bought.

Not sure I would recommend this brand anymore. Definitely had high hopes as they were resurrecting their vintage catalog without the vintage issues. Or so I thought!! First of all I feel this watch is a few hundred dollars over priced. Especially with the extremely slow shipping. It took them well over a week just to process the shipment and then got held in FedEx jail due to customs issues. Not Nivada Gretchen’s fault but I really wish they would use DHL as I never have customs delay issues with them.
Now the bad part!!! The watch will not stay running when fully wound. This particular model houses the hand winding Landeron 21 which is the first watch I’ve owned with this movement. I’m definitely not used to a watch that requires this much effort to wind as it is extremely stiff. At $1050.00 USD I’m really not sure what to do with this thing. I’ve heard horror stories about Nivada Grenchens customer service so really not sure if it’s even worth contacting them. I will give it a few more days and may just take it to a local watchmaker maker to see if they even want to mess with it. This is the second watch I have bought from Nivada and unfortunately will probably be the last. Here is hoping to Universal Geneve prices not being as crazy as what is rumored!!

Great service

Super happy with my purchase of the F77 in titanium with anthracite dial. I chose it over the Tissot PRX and Christopher Ward 12 as an integrated-bracelet sports watch. Nivada customer service reached out to me about filling out required clearance customs forms from FedEx which was quick and easy. Thanks Nivada!

No refund arrived till today!

Bad shopping experience
I enter my address correctly and I got an email asking me to confirm if it was correct. I just clicked on the first button and it ended up modifying the address to a suggested addres they just entered for me automatically. The result is that the order was shipped to a wrong address even though I emailed them right away. No it is going back to them and they are not going to pay me until they receive it. Even gbough I did not touched the parcel. I lost time and my money is still with them. Never ever again. I also don’t like that. I don’t know where they ship from until it is shipped. If I knew it was from Hong Kong I would haven’t placed the order.

Outstanding delivery, packaging was beautiful, quality, and various bezels was a helpful addition to customizing the watch.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the purchasing experience of my Depthmaster watch. While I am pleased with the watch itself, the process of obtaining it was extremely frustrating and far below the standard I would expect from a company of your reputation.

The watch was delayed in customs for approximately a month due to incomplete documentation on your end, specifically a missing watch worksheet. As a result, I was forced to provide extensive information to U.S. Customs in Alaska, including details about the watch’s materials and components—details I had no access to.

Your team’s insistence that I complete the forms, with the alternative being to return the watch, added significant stress to an already cumbersome process. At one point, I even had to dispute the charge with my credit card company because I believed I would never receive the product.

Given the level of inconvenience and mental anguish this caused, I feel it is only fair to request a discount or some form of compensation as a gesture of goodwill. This experience has deeply tarnished what should have been an enjoyable and exciting purchase.

Thank you for taking the time to consider my feedback. I hope you will address these issues to improve the experience for future customers.

Unresponsive. Not shipping my order, not acknowledging my cancellation, not processing my refund. Just sitting there with my money. Seems I am not the only one.

Please do not bother to respond with the copypasta standard response to this review. If you had any respect for your customers, you would have responded to them offline when they were begging to be served. Now? Too little too late.

Watch shipped with incorrect customs paperwork from Hong Kong, resulting in a delay. To NG's credit, their team member was responsive and helpful in correcting the situation. Upon receiving the watch I noticed the lume hour markers were not properly aligned with the hour indices. I also later noticed there was a rather large piece of lint stuck under the glass. For $1700 I would hope the quality control would be better. I purchased the titanium F77 adventurine dial. Careful with your purchase.

Quality is OK, not great. I have $250 watches from other China manufacturers that are finished better. Company has some intriguing designs, but quality (at least in my example) is not there.

There was a mixup on the case back - didn't get the display back i wanted - and the CS reps were very helpful in resolving the issue.

The F77 is the perfect sports watch. Beautifully made and designed.

After 3 weeks from not hearing from this company, I sent a mail to know where my product was, I was told that parts was missing. And there would be a delay.
I should have been informed.

bad communication with shipment tracking ...

My watch is taking 2 months to deliver (and I'll believe that if I see it) even though it was shown as in stock when I ordered. Furthermore, my CC has been charged already. And to pile on top, it takes 5+ emails to get responses from customer service. This is the WORST experience and nobody seems to care.

The customer service was smooth, however the response time through email took quite a while

Mr. Marian help in getting the book without shipping complications was very helpful and I am grateful for his cooperation.
