Having used the server hosting service for minecraft for several months, I can say the server itself along with the support provided through their ticket system is beyond satisfactory. Any time an issue would arise I would receive a quick and knowledgeable response which fixed the issue. Would wholeheartedly recommend the services Nitrous provides.

Had recurring payments on, received an invoice and accidentally manually paid. Was deducted the invoice as well. Contacted them and within 3 hours received a refund for the amount overpaid, thanks Jordan!

Always the best service, product and very reasonable prices for servers. Had an issue with a sever I was trying to set up and issue was resolved within 30 minutes. Always my first choice for a Minecraft server

I just started with Nitrous Networks and I was interested with their current reviews, I bought a server with them, needed a dedicated port, and was surprised with the speed of the support!

They responded originally with a extremely quick response (Lower than their 24 minute standard time), they may have taken longer at the end but that was mostly because it was past midnight. One of the quickest responses I have ever had!

One suggestion to Nitrous Networks, make sure to update your java version! Because the new minecraft update is just around the corner!

I spoke to Jacob and did my best to explain a server issue. He spoke with me patiently and tried lots of different things before eventually getting it working. Couldn't ask to be handled better than I was to be honest!

I have been a customer of Nitrous Networks on and off for the past seven years and I can confidently say that I have never experienced any major issues with this provider. Setup time is almost instant after payment is made, and support have always been friendly and helpful. I have never had to wait more than a day for a ticket to get a response.

Nitrous Networks is a pretty cheap host considering how much you get with each service. I have used their Garry's Mod and Minecraft hosts for almost a decade and can definitely say I would recommend them to any new community starting out, or any bigger one looking for a change.

Bought a game server service off Nitrous Networks and had some issues getting it to run, the issue was a symbol in the server name but the tech team were able to quickly to locate and help fix my problem within 15 minutes of starting the ticket, A great service!
