I feel I can raise other issues if they were to come up and feel confident I will get the answers needed.

having a server with them for over a year and got to tell ya while they are cheap if i had known how poor the performance was going to be i wouldn't have started through them.

Been using this company for 10 years and never had an issue that wasn’t resolved in a timely manner. no matter what you are looking for wether it be Web Hosting Or game server hosting, I have not been able to find a cheaper provider for what you get out of the box with them.

I've had nothing but great experiences with Nitrous. I have used their services for a variety of personal and work projects (mostly Minecraft and web hosting) over the past ~5+ years.

Their support is unmatched in my opinion. You might get a quicker response from a bigger company but you certainly won't get the same level of technical knowledge in replies and likely will be hit with frustrating boilerplate responses.

Jordan is very knowledgable and always happy to help. Jordan is also very responsive to tickets.

Pricing is extremely reasonable and they're willing to work with customers to meet their unique needs should it be web hosting configuration on the backend, installing additional PHP packages, or setting up custom startup commands for a Minecraft server.

I'll continue to use Nitrous!

Nitrous Networks are so helpful, I have very little technical experience but they go above and beyond the call of duty when I have an issue.

currently got 5 unanswered tickets in my support section.
First ticket on the 28/05 - unanswered
Second ticket on the 19/06 - unanswered
Third ticket on the 21/06 - unanswered
Fourth ticket on the 23/06 - unanswered,
fourth ticket is literally called "please reply to this ticket lmao" which they then MERGED with the Third ticket, creating the
Fifth Ticket on the 23/06 (later in the day) - WHICH STILL HASN'T BEEN REPLIED TO....

I'm having server issues and the support are refusing to help or look into it I guess? lol

An amazing server host that I've been using for over a decade. They are professional, prompt and always supporting me whenever I get the itch to start up a server with the mates. There's always a chance to grab a deal and set-up a server within minutes. Wouldn't even dream of choosing any other provider!

I've been using Nitrous Networks as my main server provider for 8 years now for both Minecraft and Terraria and they've always been responsive whenever I opened a ticket asking about something.

Been with Nitrous Networks for over 7 years and they have been superb, very quick customer support response times (as in a few hours tops) and nice support staff. You can get a 20% off recurring discount with code "support" and the servers run very smooth.

An email sent at 9 pm at night was dealt with immediately and fixed my issue. I was very impressed. Customer service has always been excellent at Nitrous Networks which is why I host all my sites with them.

Support I've gotten has helped me a ton and is rather quick. Only issue I see is the TCAdmin panel for anything except Minecraft. Otherwise I would recommend.

6 hours & still waiting for a response from their so-called "support". They're quick to take your money but slow to help you!

Honestly it seems to be going great so far. Runs without any issues at all and customer service was really fast and helpful when we were struggling to set something up. It’s a little confusing to run but I imagine that’s no different to any other server. Maybe could do with a few more tutorial videos but with customer service being so great it’s really not an issue. Would recommend

They are a fairly good host but they don't care about game hosting anymore, all effort is on bare metal hosting

We have had a TeamSpeak with nitrous for a very long time.

We used to be happy with them, but the service has gotten worse and worse, we got a 300 slot TeasmSpeak server, but we can’t use it, the ping is shi**y 300-900 ms, when we try and fix the ping, with a restart the server crashes.

We have had this issue for quite some time now, tried to tell Nitrous something is wrong, either the server can’t handle it, there is not enough bandwith, or there DDoS Protection is out of order.

But all we get is, nothing is wrong, do a cmd ping, tracert, we did normal ping, but the teamspeak server when you join it dos not got a normal ping.

Im not sure what to do any more, we feel helpless, since we can’t seem to get it fixed, we have had issues for more than a month now.

I have been using Nitrous Networks on and off for over 5 years now, hosting servers for myself and a few friends to play on. I don't have a bad word to say about the service.
Payment, setup and management of the server is quick and painless, and I have yet to have any major issues.
There have been small issues that have cropped up here and there, such as a missing pack or spiking CPU usage (a fault with the game, not the server). But the support has always been top notch and issues have been resolved quickly and professionally.
This is a service that I intend on using for years more to come.. Also, there's always a discount code somewhere online, which makes them great value too!
