Went into the Nisbet in Cork a couple times, both have great experience, very helpful and friendly lady at the checkout counter. Very easy ordering, good quality items, and super fast delivery
Very easy to make an order, goods are of good quality, and delivery's super fast.
There was only one issue. Upon delivery, one of the items was out of its original box, and parts of it were scattered all over the order. The cardboard bottom of this box was bent and pushed out. Not sure if it wasn't packed properly or maybe it had a faulty packaging to begin with (the content is rather heavy for a thin cardboard bottom), but forgunately, nothing was broken or damaged.

Charged twice order not confirmed had to call customer service which was helpful. 3 separate knives 3 separate deliveries in convenient. Very long wait time on order. Would look for other sellers.
