i paid for next daY shipping i ordered on Monday to get my items on tuesday. they arrive on wedensday and the order is messed up. there should be 5 large prints of each image to be on the full front or back of the shirt and they were not printed. you gave me a bunch of very little images that I cant even put on the full front or back of a shirt because they are made for the size of a toddler shirt.

Cutting logos a pain!
Like the transfers, like the price, but absolutely hate how they line up their logos on gang sheets. Wish I could send a picture. A few hundred logos and they have one row that's off center which makes it to where you have to cut that long row out before you can cut the rest of the logos. Infuriating.

Under Transfers by Size we offer a precut service-- We could save you that step entirely on standard DTF prints for a small upcharge if you'd like! Or if you build a gang sheet in our builder, or upload one directly, you can arrange those files exactly as you'd like them printed. I hope this helps! Super easy to upload my design and choose the sizes I wanted. Shipping was fast and everything I needed (except the iron) was included! Super easy to put on the tailgate tent, looks like it that way!

False Information on Website!!!
I ordered a UV DTF gang sheet. Turn around time was very fast and they came out nice. Only a few pieces didn’t peel off because they were really tiny. For example dots/periods. I ordered them because on their website it clearly states that they are waterproof and dishwasher safe on glassware. I even have a screenshot of the detailed information. Well I gifted some glassware and my friend reached out and said they all peeled off. So I reached out to them but you are only able to chat with an AI chat bot. The AI “ninja” even admitted that they have outdated information still on their website!!! So I left a comment/review that their website is outdated and has false information. Someone just responded that they aren’t advertised as dishwasher safe. How about you audit your entire website and check before you are so sure and reply with that???

Hello Hae, sorry to hear the transfers peeled off the glassware, especially on something you gave as a gift. Our UV DTF is waterproof, but the heat and pressure in a dishwasher are tough on the adhesive, so we recommend hand washing on anything applied to glassware.

The transfer didn't stick, took forever and a day to even get it to stick on the fabric. First day wearing the shirt and all the letters are peeling off. Money wasted. Thanks.

Adhesion comes down to temperature, time, and pressure all being dialed in on the press, and that can take some trial to get right.
