The call to help me was prompt and on time. Cormac did a fantastic job of diagnosing the issue and correcting the problem. He then showed me how to make sure I was getting logged into the Rithmic/Ninja correctly for future use. He was also very courteous.
If he does this for all your clients please make sure he's getting paid well for his services.

Good site overall! The deposit process is kind of whacky. Sometimes deposits are approved right away (within 24hrs) most of the time 4-5 days.

Chris was the support tech that I spoke with, I have spoken with him in the past and he is very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I set up my new laptop a few weeks ago and just couldn't get a few things to work right. He understood the issues and quickly resolved them. I'm always grateful when I speak with him.

I can’t withdraw my money. Very easy to fund the account but impossible to withdraw! They keep sending meaningless generic automated responses when asked for a reason, while blocking to withdraw your own money. I have no open positions, nothing settle yet impossible to get the money that exists in my account. Scam! Stay away!!
