I've been a customer for over a year. A few months ago, they changed the app's interface, removing several useful features. I asked for assistance restoring these features, but they didn't provide a satisfactory answer and ignored all my further requests for support. A terrible experience. I wouldn't recommend this team to anyone.
If they don't provide support for even these simple things, I can't imagine what would happen in more complex situations.

Ninja Trader / Tradovate WILL take your money claiming its a service fee even when you did not place anytrades.

The customer service agent was extremely helpful and polite.

Very professional and knowledgeable. They speak very clearly and are easy to understand. You have their full attention at all times. My experience was two different with two different agents, on two different phone calls, that helped with my platform issues.

Many things about them are wrong. Their low commission fee is a lie (the actual fee is triple that at least). They gave me such a hard time funding my account. Had to provide them with many bank statements, etc., to approve my ACH/debit card linking only after two weeks of escalating the issue. Worse than that, they did not even say why they were rejecting my ACH/debit card. No emails, no communication, nothing. And a terribly robotic and delusional customer service. You ask a question and they won't even bother reading it, and you get a cliche response. Their supervisors are good though. I had to escalate a couple of issues to their supervisor team to resolve them.

Arthur B. took the time to understand my issue and involved the necessary departments to have my issue resolved. He followed up with me throughout the process keeping me updated on progress.

Chris J. was great! Fast, knowledgeable & even dealt with my little jokes on the call, LOL. He fixed my platform issues & got me back up and running within minutes. Great support.

Isabella was excellent. Adequately addressed all issues and concerns. Was prompt, professional ,friendly and knowledgeable. Pleased.

The rep I talked to was calm, listened to the problem attentively and stuck with me an inordinate amount of time to get it fixed. Excellent experience.

NinjaTrader has developed a most special place with me personally and professionally, I Love their trading system, tools, and Great Customer Support, Training Specialists, and Emergency Room Trading Help. You can always Rely and Depend on them!!!

This review is for Ninja Trader 8 desktop software. I'm using the latest Intel Ultra 9 275hx and 64GB Ram laptop. The NT8 is extremely unreliable! Extremely! It crushes all the time and for no reason at all. It feels like it is chocking on data and unable to handle it and simply crushes. It crushed twice today within 30 minutes or so between crushes. And one more time when I deliberately changed the chart template. Yes, it crushes all the time when changing the chart template during the morning and very active hours. It may crush during not active hours also when changing the chart template. Also, the charts become unresponsive for no reason. Before I hag i7 laptop with 32GB Ram. Besides crushing it hanged all the time. You maximize window - it hangs or may crush. You draw a box on your chart - it crushes. I'm experiencing all of this for quite a few months already. I wrote to them many times. All they suggested running the software in a safe mode. They unwilling and seems unable to fix all these problems. And it seems they do not care. This is my opinion. Also, their charts, their indicators are pretty basic and outdated and cannot be customized much. And many indicators are simply not available and you must download them. I do not recommend using their desktop software. You may use their data but I would avoid using their desktop software. I'm not using the web version at all.
Update. Crushed the 3rd time today around 11:45 when I was trying to add and modify simple and native CCI indicator to the chart. And the market was slow or normal, not fast as in early mornings.
12:01 - crushed 4th time. I did not do anything.

Ninja has been a leader for many years and my experience today exemplifies why. My system had crashed and I couldn’t access my account where I have 20 PA and Eval accounts. When I emailed Ninja Support I received instructions to set an appointment to remedy the problem. During the appointment the problem was quickly diagnosed and repaired. I was “back in business” in quick order. The Rep was very helpful, knowledgeable and personable. Thank you Ninja! 10 out of 10 Stars for satisfaction here!

Best broker i have ever tried, really really good support, fast withdrawal, no issues overall. Thanks to ninja team for everything.

I had an issue connecting my funded account to NinjaTrader, and I reached out for support after struggling with it for a while. The tech support agent Sean H who helped me was absolutely outstanding. He took the time to do a live screen-sharing session with me and patiently walked through everything step by step.
Even though I had already gone back and forth via email with my funded futures support team without getting it resolved, he was able to quickly identify the issue and fix it. He also noticed that my NinjaTrader version needed an update and took care of installing the correct updated version for me, making sure everything was working properly before ending the session.
He was calm, professional, and very knowledgeable. I truly appreciated how patient he was and how he didn't rush the process until everything was fully resolved. Thanks to him, I can finally access my account without any Issues thanks to him he is the best !
